Window to our rooom looked on stairway. No patio even though every other room had a patio. Little or nothing was complimentary. Nothing online mentioned a parking fee but one was levied at time of check in. Liked this hotel better as a Best Western.

There were a few irritating things about the room: we couldn’t turn off the very noisy fan at night, if we got up during the night, the bright lights over the sink (in the bedroom area) were motion sensitive and turned on waking the other person sleeping in the room.

We loved it! It is just off the main plaza which felt like first prize! Super quick walk to everything we needed - and not right in the thick of things. Room was big with a patio … and a fridge, microwave, and Nespresso machine! I’d definitely stay here again!

The area and hotel were fine, but both shifts of staff were rude and very noncommunicating. Only one person came out from the back to help us - a young lady. The other two men on duty at the front desk could not be bothered to help us or answer any questions. Very disappointing.
