The property was nice for the area, and we were excited to stay. Unfortunately, upon setting everything up in our hotel late night and once we got into the room, there were urine and feces stains on our bed sheet, and hair. It clearly had not been washed. Upon notifying the property management, they did not offer any sort of recompensation or credit towards the room stay, and were relatively unphased by the incident, simply responding that they will "talk to the house cleaning staff." We were extremely and obviously disgusted for the bed sheets we were already in to find them in that state, and will for sure be seeking someplace else that has a higher standard of cleanliness in the future.

Most everything is great. One thing that i feel could be improved upon would be with housekeeping and dusting a little more. Serfaces were good but being a former housekeeper i check a bit more in depth and the top of headboards and pictures and tops of doors need some attention

Really loved my stay here! Very comfortable, clean, convenient, with many hot breakfast options. Thank you for also having such a warm welcome when checking in! The Christmas decorations were such a nice surprise and really made it feel like a very cared for place in support of weary travelers. Even the pens were part of the decoration! Kudos for your meaningful efforts, no other place to stay like here.

bananas hard; eggs did not taste real, possibly processed. Coffee was good. Handicap parking was close but slope to HP would bottom out your car … not constructed correctly. no problem if you drove a 4x4.

The staff was very nice she answered all our questions. Rooms were ok, the shower was missing the shower curtain, but other than that it was clean and the heater worked very well.

I think it is over priced. Bed was uncomfortable, only one electrical outlet in room. At breakfast the toaster didn’t work and the sausage and eggs were cold. Very okd place and carpets were dirty and sticky.
