I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. I went there with my fiancé to celebrate her birthday. The front desk was not responsive when we got there. It’s not a traditional hotel, it’s in the 2nd floor of the building. We had no way of getting inside without the help of a local tenant who let us in. By the time we got inside, it was still 7:38pm. Per there policy, someone would be at the front desk until 8pm. We both kept calling non stop until someone picked up from their cell phone. She speaks Italian so she spoke with the rep who then gave her a different number for her to call. That person never picked up so reached out to the first person who then gave her another number. That person also did not initially pick up. She was then given a 4th number to call. Mind you, I had food poisoning and there was no access to the facilities. 57 minutes later, the 3rd rep was coaching my fiancée on how to get a key card and a key to room number 8. The lights wouldn’t turn on because the digital card wasn’t activated. We then had to try again and had success with room number 3. (Process took 80 minutes) The rep told her that we will be refunded but nothing has happened thus far. A rep knocked very loudly the next morning (9:20am) and said here… Happy birthday and happy International Women’s Day. He gave her a bottle of Limoncello, a cupcake and some half dead lilies. I appreciate the last minute gesture
but the damage was done. I truly hope others have better luck than we did.
