This villa was such a treat for our family of 20! It was stunning and beautiful. There was nothing we could find wrong with it. Daniela, our hostess, was such a bright light for us. She always answered promptly and even did grocery shopping for us so that things we needed were there. The pool was a lovely refuge from the heat. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful, clean, and spacious villa on our next trip. And the AC worked like a charm. Beds were amazingly comfortable. The villa was well stocked with everything we needed. There were two restaurants across the street which made dinners very convenient!

Private paradise

We stayed at this property for a big family trip celebrating my father’s 75th birthday. He is originally from Italy so it was very special for him to have his children and grandchildren with him. We were 7 adults and 4 teens and everyone had there own space . Daniela was a prefect host. Her communication before and during our stay was prompt, professional and she always went above and beyond to help us. We needed help with transportation and tours, she recommended Lucio, he and his team of drivers were also outstanding. The property was huge, clean and comfortable. The views form the terraces were incredible. The outdoor pool, game area and stunning sitting area covered in lemon trees was magical. There were two restaurant across the street that were perfect for dinners when we didn’t want to travel back into the city, which was only a quick 10 minute drive. I have no complaints and can’t wait to return here one day!

La Dimora Di Priora Villa is a beautiful oasis just outside of the beating heart of Sorrento. The property is located on a picturesque lemon farm and has solid full sea views with Mount Vesuvius on the backdrop. The terrace is unreal and was our favorite place to have dinner in the evening and to watch sunsets. There are so many other lovely places around the property that are difficult to describe (for example, there is this beautiful covered picnic spot in the middle of the lemon garden that is not even pictured yet). Daniela, our host, was very responsive and very accommodating and was always going out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this property for large groups.

Beautiful villa, fantastic host!

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa and didn't want to leave! We stayed with a group of family and friends to celebrate our wedding in Sorrento. The location was ideal away from the hustle and bustle from central Sorrento, and the views from the terrace were incredible. The entire property is stunning. Our host, Daniela, made our stay even more fantastic! She was on hand at all times and very reaponsive both before and during our stay to help with transport, recommendations for activities/restaurants etc., and even made sure we had all the shopping we needed when we arrived at the villa. We loved our stay, as did all of our guests, and we would 100% recommend. Hopefully we'll be lucky enough to return again one day!

Absolute Fabulous!!

Do not hesitate to book this villa. It is immaculate and huge - we kept getting lost! Views are exceptional. Pool and hor tub so relaxing. Owner provided delightful gift basket. Daniella couldn't be more sweet and helpful. This was truly a 10 out of 10 in terms of the perfect place for 7 of us in Sorrento. Yoy must eat dinner at the trattoria across the street!!

Our family vacation and surprise wedding!

This house was amazing. I highly recommend staying here. We stayed here with a group of 15 adults and 1 child this past May. There was a bedroom and bathroom for each couple in our group, and a kitchen on each level, not to mention all the terraces and porches! Everything was so clean and well stocked, and there was also beautiful gift baskets from the hosts filled with wine, pasta, and local olive oil when we arrived! The outdoor space was amazing; beautiful flowers everywhere, patio furniture on all the terraces, a lemon grove with a dining table in it, a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, and a room filled with towels, and toys for kids!! A housekeeping team! Everything you could need to entertain a big group was there. The property manager, Daniella, was absolutely amazing. She is so kind and hospitable, and her generosity and help made our trip so easy and enjoyable. She was there when we arrived to give us a tour and answer all our questions. She gave us numbers for local taxi services and private drivers, and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was just always there if we needed help. My husband and I got married here too. We surprised some of our family with a little wedding ceremony on one of the porches. It was beautiful. And Daniella had wine and a bouquet of flowers waiting for us that morning. We had such an incredible time here. We are so grateful for this experience. Thank you Daniella!!

Mediterranean Paradise

This was the absolute perfect place for our family and friends to stay during our daughter’s wedding. The property manager, Daniela, was superb at communicating with us and responded rapidly to every need. She stocked the villa with food and drinks prior and accommodated every request. The villa comfortably fit all 20 of us and offered every amenity including pool, hot tub, and ping pong table. The grounds are beautiful with flowers, olive and lemon trees and a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean
simply paradise. American and Italian restaurants in close walking distance and there was even a local wine festival just out the front door. We honestly could not have had a better experience.

A Lovely Villa Experience!

The photos of the Villa do not do it justice! The layout was great for large groups, everyone had their own bathroom, bedroom and sitting/couch/kitchenette to themselves. We never heard each other, and the neighborbood is very quiet and you are surrounded by beautiful fruits trees and flowers of every color. The daily maid service was exceptional, evey comfort was provided. The pool and game area are fantastic, it is covered space so you can still be outside in rainy weather! Daniela was our manager, she is exceptional and always provides excellent service, no matter what our needs. Reservations, airport transfers, fantastic drivers that waited patiently while we searched for lost luggage, to a side stop to a grocery store to allow us to shop for our stay! Excellent restaurants are steps away from the villa, and the grocery store at the top of the stairs was a real treat! Pub America also highly recommended for its fun vibe and great food! Great location, bus just up the hill that will take you to Sorrento in 12 minutes. Could not have asked for more! We will be back!

One of the reasons we chose La Dimora Di Priora was that all the previous reviewers commented on our host, Daniela and she did not disappoint! She’s a star. So helpful and personable and with 10 adults and 6 kids we were a challenging group. Also the housekeepers were amazing. We were grateful to have found this outstanding property and staff!

Daniela is Everything- the best host

Daniela is the best host we have ever had. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Besides the incredible boat tours, dinner reservations, and the quick answers to questions, she was also 1000% there for us when my 2 year old put an olive up her nose and had to go to the hospital. Because of her, this was a funny story instead of a vacation ruining crisis. The view of at the property is fantastic. The layout is a little non-sensical, and was a little tough for the smallest kids because of the stairs. The small pool was great for the kids. I would also recommend renting a car if you stay there as it isn’t very walkable besides to Pub Americana and Borgo- which were welcoming and delightful. Nobody in our group wanted to leave.

Great view and amenities

The property was immaculate, welcoming and easily accommodated our group of 12. Daniella, our host, was there to greet us and was extremely responsive to our questions and needs throughout our stay. She truly went above and beyond every step of the way. The owner left quite an array of food, coffee, etc. that lasted us the entire week. We even had everything to make ourselves our own Italian dinner one evening on the beautiful outside deck. Though a little confusing at first with the different levels, we soon became accustomed to it and enjoyed every minute.

Perfect House

First off, I can't say enough about Daniela. All of the reviews I read talked about how great she was, and she did not disappoint! She was there when we checked in, showed us everything we needed to know about the house and even had a welcome basket waiting for our group of 14 people. She set up transportation for us when needed. Answered every message within minutes. Perfect and such a sweet woman. The house was beautiful, clean and had room for all of us. We used the kitchen on the last night and just hung out at the house. AND I can't forget to mention all of the lemon trees with huge lemons and olive trees all over the property. It was an unbelievable end to our 17 day trip and well worth it. We would definitely stay again.

Torna a Surriento!!

Mi ero ripromesso di tornare in questa fantastica propietĂ , e l’ho fatto, la sorpresa Ăš stata trovare tutto ancora piĂč bello, pulito ed elegante! Non ho parole per descrivere la mia esperienza nella “Dimora di Priora”, panorami mozzafiato, i limoneti, gli ulivi
 la spa e piscina sono sicuramente degli importanti valori aggiunti. Abbiamo anche scoperto un piccolo locale a pochi passi dalla proprietĂ  che Ăš comodissimo! Avevo promesso di tornare e l’ho fatto, ora lo riprometto! Torno a Surriento!

WONDERFUL STAY!

The villa is amazing! We will definitely recommend to our to friends to stay at La Dimora di Priora. We had a great stay! The villa is big, well appointed and clean. The views and the location are simply perfect. We enjoyed relaxing at the villa, the green areas and spacious outdoor areas are so peaceful. Sorrento city center is very close, about 10 minutes drive or less. We visited Positano, Amalfi and got a boat to Capri as well and at the end of the day spent visiting the local beauties we enjoyed the villa. Recommended!

Best Choice we Made on the Trip

This is a two for one special! Not only do you get a property capable of providing a large group (we had 13) with their own space AND own bathroom, but you also get Daniela the best VRBO host we've ever had. The home is quintessentially Italian and the view of the bay cannot be beat. We also loved the little pub across the street (ask for Luigi) and the restaurants up the hill. Daniela stole the show though. She went totally above and beyond in every way. We had a big group coming and she helped with groceries, restaurants, even helped us book boats for an epic Capri tour. She even lent my wife her hair straightener when our luggage didn't show. Top Notch!

A spectacular villa

Bellissima villa

Bellissima villa! Spaziosa, luminosa e ben arredata. Sono stata in questa villa per un breve soggiorno e mi sono goduta ogni momento. Sia le camere che il grande salotto con l'angolo bar mi sono piaciuti molto, ma anche gli esterni sono molto belli e spaziosi. Carinissima la dependance con la zona piscina circondata dal verde. Ottima la posizione, eravamo in auto e ci siamo spostati senza problemi ovunque, il parcheggio della villa Ăš davvero molto grande e comodo per piĂč macchine. Consiglio!

Un soggiorno magico!

La Villa Ăš incantevole, ben decorata, confortevole e pulitissima. Ogni camera da letto ha il suo bagno che permette di avere la giusta privacy anche se si viaggia in gruppo, ma quello che mi ha fatto innamorare sono gli spazi esterni. La bella terrazza panoramica con vista sul Golfo di Napoli, l'immenso giardino di limoni e la spaziosa zona piscina/solarium (tutto nuovissimo) rendono la villa il posto perfetto per una vacanza rilassante. Il centro di Sorrento Ăš a circa 5 chilometri per cui la villa Ăš vicina abbastanza al centro ma lontana dal caos e dal rumore del traffico cittadino. Si sente solo qualche rintocco del campanile della chiesa che non ho trovato per nulla fastidioso, anzi tutt'altro. Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo il prima possibile! Grazie
