Breakfast was exceptional.. staff were courteous and helpful, told me where I could find sea food that I enjoyed everyday. Bed was super comfy and clean. Location was excellent. I highly recommend and would definitely come back! Bidet handle needed to be cleaned so I didn’t touch it.

Great location walkable to everything. But the entrance is up many stairs with no lift, so keep in mind if you have a lot of large luggage. Room was large and clean, bed comfortable. We didn't make it to the breakfast. We liked that they held our luggage all day after check out.

Amazing hotel - stayed there for almost a week while in Sorrento. Excellent breakfast; particularly notable given all the cafes and the restaurants in the area. Would plan to stay there again on our next trip to Sorrento.

Loved our stay!

We stayed for 7 days and had the best time. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were really helpful with all of our questions, including calling ahead to the beach club and connecting us to an airport transfer service. Our favorite part was breakfast, homemade eggs and cappuccinos every morning. The breakfast staff took really great care of us and were so kind!

This stay was by far our favorite in all our time in Italy. Very clean, spacious, AC worked, provided free water, breakfast was DELICIOUS! Staff was so helpful and friendly, went above and beyond for us, cleaned our room twice a day and always available to help us out. The only maybe not favorable thing was how loud it was outside in the evening but it’s right above a restaurant and in the center of the historic town. Still worth staying at 100%! Very happy with our stay and experience, thank you!!!

Beautiful property, staff is amazing. Reaching out prior to check in to ensure we knew how to enter property. Room was available and fully furnished for the extra beds. Decor through out property was designer feel. Housekeeping 2 x a day and 24hr front desk. They help organizing tours for you or taxi service to airport, as well as provide cooking class in property by the hotel chef. They have alliances with beach club downstairs as well as local restaurants with discounts on food. The only issue we had is the sink in bathroom has bad odor when not used. I looked under and saw the pipe was not a U shaped pipe like we have in the USA. This is more of an issue for the plumber they hired to install the sink. We didn’t bring it up to the staff because we didn’t want them to send a plumber to the room while we were using it- instead just dealt with it since it was only 4 nights

The perfect spot to stay in Sorrento!

The staff was absolutely amazing. Great central location with easy access from the Sorrento Lift that brings you up from the port area if arriving by boat. The staff recommended a few day trips and took care of all the arrangements. The attention to detail was fantastic and the breakfast was very enjoyable. I would say 10/10 because the only thing I didn't llike was the bath products but I always have my own just in case.

AMAZING 4 night stay! If I could give 10 stars I would! So clean, delicious breakfast served by 2 amazing women. Salvatore welcomed us with a big smile, helped with our very heavy bags and made us cappuccino on the very early morning of checkout. Absolutely perfect location and delicious restaurant Mo Mo.
