It was beautiful and clean and I loved the balcony. It was great for people watching and enjoying the evening in a private outdoor space. The staff were super friendly and helpful!

Nothing to fault

Beautiful hotel,well located, very comfortable bed, great shower and hairdryer plus plenty of showergel/soap/shampoo and a fridge with complimentary water. Even a couple of wine glasses provided in case you want to while away the evening on the charming balcony with a fabulous view. The receptionists were professional and helpful. Overall an excellent stay, if a tad pricey, but this is Sorrento!

Very nice stay.

We had a very comfortable stay here! Good location central to everything and a nice clean room! Just to be aware, they have an elevator but it is very small, and you will have to use stairs to get to your room anyway.

We checked into this property at the last minute when we missed our train. It was late at night and we were beyond exhausted. The woman who checked us in at the front desk was amazing. She even pulled up the bus routes for the following morning and helped us translate. Highly recommend this hotel.

My only complaints: 1. I couldn't find the entrance of the hotel. 2. It was very noisy at night and it was hard to sleep. The windows are not soundproof.

We had a wonderful at Palazzo Tasso. It is located in the center of the beautiful Sorrento, close to shops and restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly and thoughtful. The rooms have everything you need, with a Illy coffee machine, a dyson hairdryer, ... . This could have been the perfect stay, but unfortunately the bed is really hard to our liking. From the 3rd night on, that became a bit painful. If the beds were as good as all the rest, this would have been beyond amazing. Still very, very good and recommended.

This hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. It is centrally located in the old town near the dining and shopping district and a 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff are warm and very helpful. Highly recommend!
