Need generator/inspect area when you arrive

Did not have a generator power went out for 5 hours could not use bathroom or showers due to water pump powered by electricity. Pool table was damaged when we arrived we were accused of damaging it you could see for yourself that it had a lot of wear and tear good thing we were not charged. There should have been some kind of compensation for the power issue other villas in the area have generators also the shower in the master bathroom has a drainage issue overall if these issues are addressed the place would be great.
