Great Option for an inexpensive comfortable stay

Front desk staff were very helpful. There’s no elevator, but they jumped in and carried our suitcases up the stairs for me. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A couple breakfast items were a little stale, but they had plenty of good options.

The bedding was clean and beds comfortable. The couch was stained and no one wanted to sit on it. The place smelled a little funny. The breakfast area was not clean and not well appointed.

First the manager is very rude and nosy about stuff that don’t have anything to do with him. Example he asked why my brother-in-law was paying for my $50 incidental fee. Then my grandson was laying on the couch in the lobby waiting for back our stuff and I think she was pregnant but not really sure she took her little cleaning Card and was like fan over his face going. You need to wake up and then I seen her doing it as like he was me and she’s like oh OK and the hotel was not handicap accessible. I never seen an elevator and then our bathtub was painted and all the paint was peeling off and it wasn’t clean at all, but on the positive side, my grandson loved the swimming pool.

The beds are deceptively comfy - I didn't expect to fall asleep as I wasn't tired, just cold. The continental breakfast had an excellent spread of choices - including my favorite, biscuits and gravy. We had to ask one of the staff to open the door to the pool so we could get a swim in before we left and the pool was cold (no one's fault lol), but our overall experience was excellent. Would stay again.

The floors needed vacuuming dirty floors especially in corners, ring around tub couch broken plug so we had to unplug the light to plug innour phone sonwe had no light, it smelled musty so we went to open the window and there was no screen.. the couch cushions sis not fit on the couch and the pullbout under it stuck out ao you couldnt sit onnit and we wouldnt have because there were stains all over it. It was loud abouve up and there was no air conditioning or a phone to call to ask them to turn on the air. Im 60 years old and i have nevwr atayed in a place so utterly disgusting but could not find another place tongiht.

Location was ideal, pool was indoors and well maintained….room a/c struggled a little. My biggest inconvenience was the check in staff. I used a third party app for the reservation and that was fine but at arrival a $50 deposit was needed and the staff didn’t know how to process the card! I call my creditor thinking it was a fraud alert but it was simply the staff inputting the WRONG address! Check-in took me 35 minutes vs 5 minutes! Additionally, I was charged a deposit two times and the refund struggle is ongoing!
