Horrible experience and stay there. TV was leaning, about to fall down. Heater wasn't working good, blowing out cool air. Bathroom sink and tub was stopped up access panel wasn'tclosed properly. Bad stay. I requested a refund, made staff aware of the conditions, was told it'll be ok. Rm 107.

The staff was helpful.the condition of the building it self was a lil sketch.but I had a hard time hooking up my ps5 also connecting to the wifi. The pool malfunctioned and the kids weren't able to swim which is one of the main reasons we came. The breakfast was pretty good tho many options

Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes before someone came out. Entire place was run down. Random people hanging out in the parking lot and lobby. Pretty low-end for a hotel in a retail district. The bedding was clean though, so that was good

The place is so gross! It smelled like rotten feet and spoiled milk all through the building. There are no usb ports. The place is out dated and the bed smelled like piss!

When I checked in I was given an unclean room. Bed wasn’t made, towels were around the room. They were kind at the front desk to walk with me to a new one, but there was a sink and bathtub across from my bed that kept dripping loudly throughout the night. Smelled like marijuana in the room. Would not recommend this property.

Had issues with the television. It did not work. Called front desk. They said someone would be up shortly. That did not happen. Had to call again. They finally came up. Said we needed a new TV and they said they would bring one right up. AT midnight we finally went to bed without anyone showing up. Had to call again the next morning. We left for the day and when we returned the TV Stand was moved away from the wall TV was not plugged in. Had to do that myself. The TV did work.

Dirty sheets on bed , no blanket . Went to the desk to get clean sheets to make my own bed . Went to the desk ; time for a blanket .
