Newly renovated rooms and communication with owner was very easy. There was some construction going on but otherwise was quiet.

Super clean. Comfy bed. Nice guy.

Parking was tricky. I had to park on the grass bc there were no spots near my room. Could hear people using the bathroom on other side of wall.

Small but has what you need! Looks like a basic motel from the outside but inside was surprisingly clean with a totally different layout that appeared to be all redone inside. Small very clean bathroom ( has the tiniest sink I ever seen! Visualize the spit sink at the dentist!) Roku TV with the apps you could use if you have subscriptions. Small fridge with freezer, Toaster, microwave and bigger sink in “kitchen” Had glasses, dishes utensils etc. Bed was comfortable on metal platform. Wish it had a padding or headboard to protect the metal from rubbing on wall every time you turn or move. A few small ikea type attachable lighting on bed and near eat in bar table. One armchair. Parking is tight. Contactless no in person check in but he was on site and available via text. Had no issues checking in and using push button lock. Plenty of restaurants and stores within 5-10 minutes. Motel was about 10-15 minutes from overlook park. Waterfront park and church St market. The only thing I didn’t like was the cheap door with the cheap loose lock that didn’t feel safe at all. They could have used the frosted contact window film to put on door window squares instead of spray painting them black which looked terrible. Despite how clean the room was the towels looked dingy and didn’t smell good/clean at all. You get two tiny bath towels. I would still stay here again but bring my own towels!

Room was exactly as advertised, excellent for the price. Minimalist but clean and “useful”-kitchenette stocked with kitchenware and a keureg. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Not a place to lounge and relax so much as to come up for a weekend to hike or ski. Or pick up a student from UVM to drive them home. The parking lot is ugly, right off the road, but super convenient to stores and the highway.

Property was clean and great for the price. The only downside was having to do everything on line. That being said, it was my own fault for not reading that when I booked the room. I wasn't able to download my info on my desktop but was able to with my phone. Would stay here again

The rugs aren’t vacuumed. Last time I stayed here I let them know that the room was freezing. This time I attempted to use the heater. It is only blowing air, even though it’s on the heat function.

I tripped over an unexpected 1 inch difference between the floor and the bathroom. I had to stand in the corner between toilet and wall to close the door. I had to slam the door shut with great force. Poor and sloppy construction. Get your liability lawyer on speed dial before stepping in the shower since the floor is life-threateningly slick with no handholds. Room was clean. Bed was OK.
