Lovely house near the ocean

This Green Hill Beach house is clean and well-maintained, with new kitchen and bathrooms, and ample living space for the whole family. A picture-postcard view of the ocean from the second floor living area allowed us to see the sunrise and sunset. Just a short walk around the block to the quiet beach was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The host was very helpful and responsive, and the location is excellent, near state parks and beaches. Highly recommend!

Gingerbread traditions

We used this property to host our friends for gingerbread house decorating. This property is amazing! It is spacious and clean, and the location is spectacular! The hosts were wonderful, responsive, and accommodating. My friends asked to have the link to the listing so they can stay there again sometime! Will definitely stay here again and tell all my friends!

Peaceful Ocean Gem

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at this home. It is a quick stroll to Green Hill Beach, one of RI’s most peaceful, special beaches. The home is spotless, well-equipped for cooking, and has comfortable beds. And the view from the upper level permits watching the sunrise and sunset. Our hosts were great at communicating and made our stay a delight.

We had the most amazing stay at this gorgeous beach house. It was so clean and the layout was great for our family. The beach is so close and a great beach as well. We are 1000 percent coming back to this house! Can’t say enough great things!

This was our second year staying at this beautiful home. Close to the beach, spacious, And a nice outside area. Great room upstairs with a large table to play games with the family. Already made reservations for next year, we love this place!

Wonderful Beach Cottage

We loved our stay! Cottage was really comfortable and in a great location right by the beach. Did some nice hikes, went paddle boarding and enjoyed the beach. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. Short walk to the beach. Gorgeous views from upstairs great room. Beautiful kitchen and first floor bathroom. Great communication with homeowner. Lots to do in the area.

Prefect Weekend Retreat

Ideal beach location, in peaceful community. Beautiful modern kitchen had everything we needed to cook/grill. Spa-like bathrooms, and comfortable bedrooms and living space. Enjoyed taking our morning coffee strolling on the beach and returning to the beach for sunsets. Lots of nice details and amenities, and fantastic communication from our host. Would definitely recommend, and hope to return for a future stay!

GHBeach

We had a very relaxing time in GHB. The house renovations are great! Both bathrooms and the kitchen were nicely refinished. There is AC (although we did not need it too much) and all new windows and siding. It was really nice to open the windows are enjoy the beautiful breeze off the Ocean. The neighborhood beach is quick walk around the block. We are a family of 5 and it was perfect for us. It would sleep 8 comfortably. There is an outside shower too which is great while vacationing at the beach.
