Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Completely Disappointi

Well. During my stay, I felt unsafe, dismissed, and disrespected by staff. When I raised serious concerns, management failed to provide proper assistance or accountability. Valet and front desk staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and attempted to shift blame instead of addressing the issues. This lack of responsibility made me and my family feel unprotected, which is unacceptable at any property, let alone one charging resort-level rates. Management must take responsibility, retrain or replace staff, and ensure guest safety and belongings are protected. Until that happens, I strongly advise avoiding this property.

No towels in room (noticed when I went to shower) soap/body wash was empty bottle . Hair in tub that wasn't mine. Ordered a $20 pizza from the cafe brought to room and half of cheese wasn't melted and sauce cold . It's a nice hotel but the room fee doesn't match up to expectations

Great location. So so room. Bath Tiles dirty and no soap or lotion in the pumps in bathroom. Music on lower level was awesome. Wouldn't let me book one night so had to pay for two and only slept one. Expensive Saturday night.

We had a lot of issues with the room and areas not opened in the hotel itself Room was very dirty under couch and chair with old food and also door latches were sticking out and had caused cuts and scraps in two of us. The loud noise started at 5am in front of our room and should of had a microwave in the room as a suggestion Beds were partial made with no pillow cases so that the pillows had zippers showing and scratched our faces I informed the front desk a couple of times, but nothing was done during our stay

Margaritaville Tahoe Resort was pure paradise in the mountains. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and the service at the LandShark Bar was top-notch—cold drinks, great food, and that laid-back vibe Jimmy Buffett fans love. It really is always 5 o’clock somewhere here!
