Check in lady was not super kind and seemed annoyed with me. Only gave 1 room and key and I went to get another one and that one didn’t work. Bedding was non existent. There was a sheet that had black stains, and then a really thin comforter that isn’t washed (I am fairly positive these don’t get washed, as I saw a bed stripped down through one of the windows and the comforter was resting on the dresser) Floor was filthy as was the bathtub/shower. The neighboring guest was smoking illegal substances all day/night and made our room stink. Spend the extra money to stay elsewhere, this is not worth it.

The bathtub had rust all over it the rooms were dirty, we chose the option of a kitchenette and there were zero pots pans zero eating utensils at all. We had to go out and buy all of it just so we could use the kitchenette. The pools is ran down and forget the free breakfast. It seems that there are people living there and so the crowd at breakfast is crazy and the only thing offered is the waffles. Not worth the cost to stay here and because there is zero refund when booking we were not able to go somewhere else. Never again stay at this dump. It reminds me of the section 8 housing I grew up in in Southern California.

Keep valuables inside vehicles or room

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only problem we had was that someone got into the bed of our truck and went thru all our stuff. We didnt have anything of value since we always bring our expensive item into the room with us just in case this happened. You can tell it was young kids because we saw handprints and foot prints on top of the ice chests. We did park in front of the office and in camera view thinking our truck would be safe from vandalism, guess we were wrong!

First and last time for me

This was my first time staying here at this hotel I did select it due to price at the time of booking but it was not one of the cheapest. Check in was good and quick however I didn't expect the 100 deposit that was needed the room was decent as far as being clean floors were tile so they were humid and you had to wear socks at all times there was no hair dryer available the shower head didn't work right there was more water coming out the bottom than the top I hardly ever have to give a bad review but the worst part is the pool the water was full of bugs and the was so much debris on the bottom I asked them if they could clean the pool they sent someone to just scoop the bugs out, but the water was just so dirty and cloudy I just couldn't even stick my feet in. Breakfast was good. But won't go back

Overall stay.

Stay was uncomfortable, from guest drinking and smoking in pool area. To bed not comfortable or shower took for ever to get hot. Also floors were extremely slippery.

Worst Hotel on SPI

This was the worst stay we have ever at SPI. The rooms are dirty (walls, beds, doors, etc) Our refrigerator was leaking & the front desk suggested we clean it with a towel. The water of the shower & sink faucet was scorching hot (happened it multiple rooms) so we could not shower, brush our teeth, nothing. Front desk did nothing to address the issues.

Bad experience

Horrible experience with the rooms. I had family reseve 5 rooms and everyone had issues. 1 room had water all over the room from the fridge unthawing and they didnt eant to send anyone it clean it. U had a handicap aunt staying there and we had requested a walk in shower and it had a tub. When asked if we could change they said no. The showers had boiling hot water and no one was able to shower. And when we comllained about it, we were told Maintenance wasnt available till later,but we had to check out by then and werent allowed to stay later.
