The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The free breakfast was good and included many hot and cold options. The heater was noisy and disturbed my sleep. I could hear people walking on the floor above me all night. I was woken up by a knock on the door while sleeping, only to answer it to find nobody there.

The price is reasonable and management was on property often during our 4 day stay. They keep the breakfast bar well stocked. Good resources on local activities and events provided in in the lobby. Clean rooms. I would like to have seen more keycard entry use but there was usually someone at the front desk.

Hotel is new. No frills, but clean and comfortable. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They welcomed us like family every time we walked in :)

Absolutely the best ! Doing business in Portland and tried a few 3-4 different hotels. By far Casco Bay has been the best. Staff phenomenal! Never arrived without greeting and ask if we needed anything. Room comfortable with large bathroom and shower. Breakfast was way more than expected. Bread , pastry , eggs, meat , waffles. All hot and great. This will be my place in Portland from now on. Thanks to the entire staff. Great experience. 20 out of 10 :)

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They accommodated us with no issues when we requested to check-in after our flight from Hawaii arrived early in the morning. The rooms are spacious with very comfy beds, and they have a really good variety of breakfast options.
