The staff is wonderful but the property felt rundown. Pool tiles broken around the property, hair in the hot tub, and just families grilling like it’s a state park. The bathroom ceiling is coming apart with a ton of water damage and the balcony door doesn’t lock. The breakfast was something I’d be comfortable passing on. Beds were comfortable. But the hallway light is so bright and filters into the room. I had to book very last minute or else I would have stayed somewhere else. Convenient to restaurants, grocery store and the beach.

Great location for shopping restaurants and the beaches are just a driveway. All seasons, the rooms were clean. Had a great view of the pool off the balcony plenty of parking space and I would go there again.

Room 134 was extremely disgusting, the floor needed a thorough scrub down. The shower seat in room 134 was falling off the wall. Mold and mildew in room 134 shower. Room 250 had unresolved plumbing issues whereby the water wouldn’t go down the shower drain. I called twice to have the drain in room 250 fixed and that never happened. Spiders and bugs in both rooms 134 and 250. Housekeeping was rude and knocked on the door way too early before checkout time at 9 AM and then again at 10 AM on the day of checkout. Checkout time is 11 AM. I had to remind housekeeping of these policies. Front desk Personnel needs to have their manners adjusted. I strongly believe a credit should be issued for the well over $2000 I spent on a five day stay. For the record, I checked out at 11:02 Am. I will never again stay at the all seasons resort again unless the above issues are resolved and some form of refund is issued for all of the aforementioned issues. I haven’t posted this to Google…yet! Regards, Brian J. Champagne.
