No children under the age of 12 are permitted in basement unattended. Exercise caution in and around the pool, fountain and fire-pit.
Pool is 10ft, shallow end is 3ft-6 ft. Non-swimmers are to wear a flotation device, unattended children not permitted around pool or fountain.
