Love love love seven hotel. Ignore the low reviews as people are just too picky! Amazing hotel with friendly staff, I have stayed at the comfy king, comfy king with sea view, superior king room and for my next booking (05/10) staying at the luxury suite balcony city view. I stayed at room 405 last time (superior king room city views) not the best view but my experience at the hotel was one of the best as to why I keep coming back! the room decor is just beautiful and the bathroom is wow. This time I cannot wait to stay at the luxury suite.

Every time I'm in southend I always book at Seven hotel, if it's unavailable I won't stay elsewhere. Probably my 8th time staying

The Hotel is really good. Not happy about the car parking. It added £15 each day for street parking, not good.

I liked the customer service by staff and I didn't like the fact that there is no free breakfast served as part of the package and there is no glass, frame or curtains at the entrance of the shower block to prevent the water from wetting the floor.
