Great homely guest house near the seafront in Westcliff. Comfy bed and spacious room. Tasty full English breakfast. Nozzle on room radiator was broken but staff were able to turn it off for me. They stored my luggage the day I left. Would definitely return!

Room was double booked, so we had to have 2 rooms of which one was not en suite & had to share a toilet. My room was very cold & windows rattled all night, room 2 was very small. Staff were very friendly & helpful but whole hotel seems very dated

Friendly and helpful, and seemed a nice area. Parking was on the road with permit but we arrived mid afternoon so no problem finding space but full early evening. The breakfast was nice in a proper old fashioned guest house sort of way.

Very happy. It did what it said on the tin. A little old fashioned.... which was right nice!! Local to The Cliffs for a show. Early check-in was very welcomed alone with parking, so able to go off, have a walk, a drink & enjoy the show.

Perfect location for Cliffs Pavilion

Staff were friendly but hotel was dated and room was very dusty and worn. Bathroom was clean and towels and bedding appeared clean.
