Place clean, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms work good for the price point of the hotel. The breakfast is a true continental breakfast which made me a little sad… but at the price point we were in I can go buy breakfast down the street and still be better off than staying in a more expensive hotel.

My family and I always stay here at this property when visiting our friends and family in southern pine. This year was different because of the breakfast included. Also very clean and well kept. The only think is the room was a little small but well put together.

I should have paid more than double. The price was great but the room had an odor. The was acceptable and the 48 inch TV was cool but the programming was horrible. Had to press 10 to get the guide to come up and I only found out about that after asking the nice guy at the front desk.

The ceiling in the room has a lot of black dirt and grime. It’s unclear if the room was previously vandalized. Could they inspect the ceiling and re-paint it if needed? When lying on the bed, that's what you see above, and there's concern it might fall while you're sleeping. However, the staff are all friendly.
