Fantastic Property, highly recommended

We had a wonderful two weeks at this fantastic property as a group of 12 (2, grandparents, 4 parents & 6 kids ages 3-12). From the moment we arrived and we’re greeted by the very friendly and helpful Florence, it was relaxing and stress free. The kitchen was kitted out to the highest standard of any property we’ve ever stayed in with plenty crockery and large pans for a big group. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool was a big hit with the kids as was the pétanque and the garden space was perfect for them to let off steam. Very highly recommended.

Un tres beau week end de l'Ascension

Nous connaissions déjà le gite pour l'avoir utilisé à Pâques 2023. Pour les 14 personnes que nous étions (regroupement autour de nous de nos enfants et petits-enfants dissemines entre l'est et l'ouest), nous avons ete parfaitement accueillis (et dépannés par téléphone suite à une absence de gaz) par Florence et son mari qui, outre la parfaite preparation des lits et du linge, avaient installé le beau temps... Cela nous a permis de profiter pleinement de l'interieur et surtout de l'exterieur du gite (Ah, la superbe piscine!), mais aussi d'aller découvrir le château de Sully et un sport meconnu: le horse ball, à Lamotte Beuvron. Bref, une belle reussite

Noël familial

Belle réunion de famille à l'occasion de Noël. Beau temps dans l'ensemble et promenade agréables dans la vaste propriété. Equipements complets mais manquent des carafes d'eau en verre. Il serait bon également de disposer d'un bac à compost pour les épluchures. A noter l'acceuil chaleureux du couple de gérants.

Lovely holiday house with amazing pool

Our group of 12 enjoyed a great holiday in this house. It has plenty of rooms and bathrooms with great showers and one with a bath. The beds were very comfortable. The door handles need some oiling though as they were creaking incredibly. The kitchen is well equipped but unfortunately when we were there the oven door didn’t close and the dryer was broken. The garden is big and there are plenty of toys to keep kids entertained. Downside was the amount of bugs - wasps, horseflies, hornets, etc! Most of us got stung at one point! The swimming pool is the best feature- it’s big and not too deep and the water was a lovely temperature. The kids spent hours in the pool every day! All in all this was a good holiday in a lovely house.

Des retrouvailles familiales après un évènement douloureux.

Piscine, grillades ,jeux, balades dans le domaine, repiscine, boules ou tir à l'arc soft, salades, jeux et le lendemain on recommence! Repos aussi, le domaine étant si vaste qu'on peut s'y perdre, donc pas de promiscuité bruyante. Un mot sur le lieu très champêtre, on se sent bien en Sologne. L'accueil est chaleureux et l'intérieur de la maison très confortable. Que demander de plus?

Séjour parfait !

Le gite est encore mieux en vrai que sur le descriptif. Les équipements sont nombreux, adaptés à la capacité du gite et surtout de très bonne facture. Tout est fait pour que votre famille ou votre groupe puisse profiter du séjour avec son terrain de boules (avec les boules), son jacuzzi, badminton, mini buts de football (avec ballons), tir a l’arc decathlon, très bon barbecue, transats de qualité, balançoire/toboggan et la piscine magnifique ! Pour la piscine sous abri il y fait (très) chaud l’après-midi mais apparemment des travaux sont prévus pour faciliter la circulation de l’air sous l’abris. Mention spéciale à la literie, plébiscitée par tous ce qui est un challenge ! La maison est très confortable et les nombreuses salles d’eau et wc sont parfaits. L’accueil et la procédure de départ très simple et sympathique. Un week-end excellent pour un anniversaire en famille réussi et apprécié de tous. NB: n’hésitez pas à passer par le restaurant « la grange aux oies » pour votre buffet froid. Quantité et qualité sont bien au rdv.

Magnifique we à la campagne

Cadre idyllique dans un domaine de plusieurs hectares. Parfait pour un we en famille ou avec des amis. Piscine chauffée à 29 degré, et de nombreuses activités mises à disposition. Un bel endroit pour un regroupement familial

Un gite très bien adapté pour les 14 personnes que nous étions (8 adultes et 6 enfants), avec un équipement de qualité: lits très confortables et faits à l'arrivée, équipement de cuisine très complet, salon de jardin et terrasse très agréables, ainsi que la piscine couverte et les jeux pour enfants... Florence et son mari nous ont très bien accueillis et s'étaient arrangés pour que le soleil soit également de la partie pour ce week end de Pâques... Merci à eux. Nous sommes prêts à revenir .

Toujours aussi agréable

C'est notre 2ème séjour dans cette maison et nous avons autant apprécié que lors de notre précédente expérience qui datait de mai dernier. Florence et son mari qui assurent l'accueil des locataires et le ménage à leur départ sont toujours aussi sympathiques et efficaces, la propreté est irréprochable et l'équipement très complet tant au niveau de la cuisine qu'à ceux des chambres et salle de bain et des jeux d'extérieur ( balançoires, tir à l'arc, pétanque, barbecue à gaz, etc ...). Seul petit reproche: la piscine sous abri était en panne ainsi que le spa, un petit geste de compensation au niveau du tarif aurait été apprécié .... Ceci ne m'empêche pas de fortement vous recommander cette belle adresse.

un gite magnifique

Nous avons passé un week-end incroyable das le gîte. Nous avons été très bien reçu et avons adoré le cadre et le gîte qui est magnifique et qui a été refait avec beaucoup de goût. Il y a beaucoup de place pour toute la famille y compris les plus petits. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le dortoir pour les enfants et l'espace extérieur pour toute la famille. Chaudement recommandé

Cette propriété est un cadre idéal pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. La pièce à vivre avec le séjour, la salle à manger et la cuisine offre un lieu central de convivialité. Sa situation géographique, loin des regards, permet de profiter en toute quiétude de la piscine chauffée à 27 degrés et du jacuzzi. En outre, l'accueil est chaleureux. Un petit panier vous est offert à votre arrivée et les personnes qui vous reçoivent sont très sympathiques et disponibles.

Séjour pendant les championnats de France de Lamotte

Excellente expérience. La maison est tres agréable même nombreux. La communication avec le propriétaire tres facile. La cuisine est incroyablement bien équipée et la piscine suffisamment grande pour notre groupe. Nous avons vraiment apprécié de pouvoir nous reposer et nous retrouver au calme et au frais apres les longues journées à Lamotte.

Superbe week-end

Excellent séjour dans cette belle demeure solognaise parfaitement rénovée et aménagée. Toutes les pièces sont lumineuses, spacieuses, confortables et d'une propreté irréprochable, le jardin, pardon, le parc, est immense et donne accès directement à de belles balades en forêt solognaise . La piscine (pas encore en service quand nous y étions), le spa, le barbecue à gaz géantissime, le terrain de pétanque (avec boules), le tir à l'arc .... tout est prévu pour agrémenter votre séjour. Et enfin, un accueil des plus sympathiques par Florence qui, avant de s'éclipser, vous fait découvrir la maison et le fonctionnement des nombreux appareils qui s'y trouvent (prévoyez votre café en grain !!!). Et le panier de produits locaux offerts par le propriétaire vous permet de découvrir les spécialités de Sologne. Vous l'aurez compris, nous vous recommandons chaudement cette maison de Souvigny en Sologne

Beau gîte de qualité

Gite très propre, nous avons été surpris par la qualité de son équipement (electromenager, vaisselle actuelle, linge de lit de très belle qualité, litterie neuve), superbe piscine. Nous avons passé un week-end prolongé au top. Gite au calme, idéal pour reunion familiale ou entre amis.

Super week end en famille

Les plus : l'intérieur de la maison très bien équipée. Bonne literie, super cusine, salles de bains fonctionnelles et jolies, salon avec grand canapé et grand écran plat. Boulodrome et divers jeux extérieurs. Grand espace de promenade. Les moins : les abords de la terrasse en travaux (partie terre retournée), pas de transats (dommage il faisait si beau!). Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine (en attente de liner) et c'est bien dommage.
