Absolutely amazing location and facilities. This was our first stay in Split. Nice big walkway so we could navigate from the taxi dropoff to the front door of the apartment. Small tip: asked to get dropped off by the Croatian National Theatre at the top of Marmontova Ulica - it will save you money instead of by the waterfront. It felt very safe even when it got dark outside. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor. We were travelling with our daughters so having 2 bathrooms made a huge impact on our stay. Nice balcony to sit have your morning tea or coffee. Lots of nice touches such as soaps, tea, etc. Very clean. Great mattress. Communication with Ivana was amazing. Ivana also walked us through lots of good options for restaurants and shopping. She also showed us the other single bedroom units on a higher floor. Definitely staying here again on our future trip!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower had fantastic water pressure. Be aware that the rooms are up 3 long flights of stairs (the building has 20 foot ceilings!) There is no lobby or common space. You have only your room to relax in, and the room is very small.

The apt had a nice layout although the bathroom off main bedroom was a bit small small to navigate . Apt very neat and clean and the host was very accommodating ,she offered us great suggestions to explore city . The balcony was lovely to people watch on street below which is beautiful until after midnight Then from midnight till 4 am on all 3 nights we were there the nightmare begins!!!! There are groups of guys hanging out screaming all night long and I mean loud obnoxious hooting and hollering We did not get any restful nights !!

Greeted with a warm welcome. Our room was ready 2 hours early & so we were able to check in. A very clean & comfortable room made for a relaxing stay. Great location perfect for all you want to do in Split. Easy walk from bus station & ferry port. Great bars & restaurants nearby.

The location and rooms are great however do not expect to sleep. Especially on weekends. We had a 6am flight and it was very noisy with bar crowds all night and they were still going when we were leaving at 430am. No sleep at all.

Awesome accommodations including check in process. Loved the entire layout with comforts of home ! It had great mattress, shower, location close to the bus terminal, promenade, and nearby assortment of restaurants. The noise level from the streets was minimal . We felt very safe walking at night.However for older adults with 12 kg luggage climbing 71 stairs was challenging without elevator in this unesco protected building. By the last day our stay our legs were stronger and got use to the stairs.
