Lovely helpful host, walkable to everything. Was unhappy no safe provided as was detailed on the website and also said toiletries provided but had to go out and buy some after two days. The shower cubicle was ridiculously small.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host met us at the property and escorted us to our room. He provided a map of the old city and explained where some of the attractions are. The property is in the old city and all attractions are easily accessible. The host also arranged for transportation to the airport at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommended this property.

Great apartment in the heart of the palace

I stayed in Split for four nights. This is a fantastic apartment in the heart of Diocletian's palace. Despite being so close to the main squares, it was very quiet and easy to get good sleep on a comfortable bed. The unit was very basic, but very well maintained. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Our hosts were helpful, friendly, and communicative. Lodging is centrally located. Room was clean. Lift available to access upper level accommodation. There was limited hot water, resulting in quick showers. Minimal WiFi/cellular service. Refrigerator struggled to stay cool.

Excellent! Best location, spacious room, v clean, good AC, and helpful and welcoming host, who gave great restaurant recommendations. It was really convenient being right in the centre of Split, and the rooms were still v quiet. The suites were modern and well maintained, even though in an old traditional building. Would 100% recommend and would stay again if coming to Split.

It was very nice, not fancy but it had everything I needed. It was clean, modern, nice location, but the best was the owners. They were awesome. The airline lost my luggage and the owners picked up my luggage from the edge of the old town and brought it to my room because I was on a tour. I would go back there for sure.

Our flight was delayed, but the hosts kindly arranged our airport transfer and greeted us at the apartment despite our late check-in. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It’s in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Riva and Diocletian’s Palace. The location really couldn’t be better for exploring the city. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

It is in an excellent location/Davo was a good host and did everything he could to make our stay a good one. I would recommend him and the property. Be aware that All the showers in the area, not just Davo's have limited hot water. I would use this property again without hesitation.

Great sobe in Split!

This apartment is conveniently located for everything Split has to offer. I would stay here again! The hosts were very accommodating and communicated with us well. The apartment is large with basic accommodations but the location is superb!

Great location in the heart of Old Town. Keypad front door and keys to hallway and rooms. Davor met us on arrival. Gave us a great overview on what to do, beaches, hikes, bike rentals, and restaurants.

We had a lovely stay! The property is located right near the palace, and is clean and comfortable. Our host picked us up from the airport and walked us right to our rooms, which was so helpful after a long travel day. I would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic stay. A very warm welcome from the host who met us after our flight was delayed. He recommended places to go and eat. The room was large and clean right in the centre of Split old town. The balcony was private and peaceful. Overall 5/5 stars as everything was brilliant.
