*The outdoor area offers (a living area level - ground floor): A private and heated swimming pool 4m x 9m with hydromassage, 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a comfortable lounge corner, a pavilion with a decked outdoor dining area for 8 people next to a traditional barbecue.

*The outdoor area (a bedroom level - first floor): a Terrace features a covered Whirlpool (Hot Tub) for 6 with glass sliding doors for added comfort during colder weather, a Finnish sauna and outdoor furniture for relaxing with a Finnish sauna, and outdoor furniture for relaxing.

* The ground floor offers: a fully equipped kitchen with all a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay (an ice maker, microwave oven, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker - Dolce Gusto...); an indoor fireplace with additional kitchen countertop, a dining table for 8 people and glass walls that can open so you can overview the pool area; a flat-screen TV, air-condition; a free WiFi. There is also a living room with sofa, A/C, flat-screen TV, PS4, and Treadmill. A Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and exit toward the outdoor dining area. One week stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Everything we needed was there and the location is great once you get used to the roads. The host was very helpful and we felt very safe. Thank you for a great holiday.

Villa Falcon is Awesome!

This villa is situated about 25 kilometers outside of Split on the side of a mountain. It is very new, beautifully decorated and has all the amenities as advertised and more. There are three bedrooms, all with double beds and their own bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including an ice maker. There is a large dining room with seating for 8-10 people that overlooks the pool area. There is a very comfortable living room with an excellent tread mill. There are new large screen TV’s throughout the house (about 6-7). The outside areas are wonderful. There is an outside “kitchen” and dining area which is great for all meals. The heated pool is excellent and was nice and warm at the end of September. The upstairs patio has a hot tub and Finnish sauna. There is a washer and dryer. There is a covered/dedicated parking space for 2 cars. You can hike up the mountain right outside your door. There are two local pubs/restaurants within walking distance. On top of all of this, your host, Ankece, is the best I have ever dealt with on VRBO. She welcomed us with a food platter and said goodbye with gifts. She can recommend restaurants, tours, shopping, etc. She is very responsive to all questions. The only caution I would give to potential renters is that this house requires a car and the roads going up the mountain are very narrow and curvy. This is the finest VRBO house we have ever rented anywhere in the world. We would definitely go back.

Perfekter Ort zum erholen

Sehr ruhig gelegen, Anfahrt dauert etwas länger, da die Villa in den Bergen ist. Die Villa ist sauber und sehr modern. Toller Aussenbereich mit Pool und Whirpool. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
