Very nice and clean apartment with easy check in. Riverside park was an excellent outing. Spokane Main St can be loud at night, but we were super comfy.
My family of four loved our comfy stay in the ADA Luxury Apartment. Jake was extremely communicative and the space was beautiful! Clean, cozy linens, fantastic pillows and great beds. The kitchen was more than we ended up needing, but it was great to have the option. Easy access to fun stuff downtown as well as our relatives on the South Hill. We will definitely use Jake and his team again for our next trip to Spokane!
We were in town for Gonzaga graduation. The apartment was modern and very clean. We had plenty of space for our family of 4. It was close to restaurants and shopping. We were even able to walk to the Spokane Arena for graduation! Thanks for a great stay!
We came in for a volleyball tournament. So much nicer and more affordable than a hotel-a great space for people that want to stay together but have private bath and bedrooms.
Everything was very easy, from check in to check out. Host was very responsive, and the property was so comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful and stress-free visit. Also, the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. What a treat!
The apartment was very comfortable for four adults. It was within walking distance from many restaurants and activities. It had all the amenities we needed for a weekend trip but could use a wine corkscrew. We parked at The Grand, as suggested. It was close and secure. However, we were charged $35 (not the $25 mentioned but still worth it) and we had to get our parking validated at The Grandâs front desk or the charge was going to be over $75 a night.
Really nice 2 bedroom place with everything we needed and lux finishes. Lots of space for the price.. Downtown location is a bit loud and recommend you double check that hotel garage isnât charging event rates for overnight
Loved the airy open light-filled space. Simple nicely done furnishings. Walking distance to Rivsrfront Park, restaurants, the Stadium concert venue.
Comfortable beds and the A/C units in each room were perfect for a cool nightâs sleep.
We used the pool table too. So much fun.
Our apartment was lovely. The four of us are mid to late seventies and the apartment was in the old town area. It was an easy walk for the four of us to the river park. The park is so lovely and tranquil. The Spokane Falls are a wonderful sight.
This was a very convenient location, we walked to every thing. The place was extremely roomy, although could have used a chair. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. No complaints! I would definitely stay here again.
We had a total of eight people staying in two units in the building, both managed by the same host. Everything was great, very close and convenient. Short drive to campus, airport, Spokane Arena, and short walks to downtown restaurants for celebratory dinners. The apartment was large enough to get all eight people together for breakfast in one unit, or a pre-dinner beverage. Very clean, well laid out and spacious units. I thought Parking was going to be a hassle but you can park for free on the street 7pm-8am, and Sundays, and for 4 hours at a time with a handicap permit. Pro Tip!
Wonderful location close to everything. Clean and spacious, comfortable with great king sized beds and two large bathrooms. Access easy, and communications were so helpful!
Wonderful downtown location. Perfect for families, couples traveling together or a group of friends. We appreciated to OPEN floor plan with a view of the city at every turn. We ESPECIALLY loved that we could roll out of bed and walk downstairs to the BEST pancakes in the entire city at - The Pancake House. We look forward to coming back and staying in the same location. And this may seem like a silly thing, but I was a bit nervous staying in an old building that it would have a "smell" - I was pleasantly surprised it was very inviting and didn't have any odors to speak of. Well done!
We had the best stay. First time not being in a regular hotel. The apartment is very spacious, location was great, television, appliances wifi, heat/air worked very well and were exactly what we needed to alternate between exploring and hanging out. There were a few things lacking for day-to-day convenience (e.g. some kitchen stuff, additional towels, a better place to store clothes and a folding table with 4 chairs so we could play a game together) but we spoke with our host and he was very open to adding a few extra touches. The 4 for cleanliness was also minor and we would definitely stay again! The price shared between 2 couples for such high end amenities could not be beat!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is fantastic. The apartment was clean and nice, and very spacious. I would highly recommend this property and plan on staying again anytime our adventures take us to downtown Spokane. I would like to note if you are planning on cooking anything requiring specialty equipment remember to bring those along (we forgot) although the kitchen has all the basics. Overall we were thoroughly delighted with the property.
The unit is modernized, clean, and comfortable; king beds a bonus, with easily accessible building and parking. Property manager (Jake) was very helpful and available. Location was easy walk to Riverfront, good dining, and entertainment⊠weâll definitely be back.
One note: if planning to dine at the Original Pancake House (adjacent to the unit, same building), highly advise you take advantage of their online waitlist⊠walk-ins can easily be met with hour+ wait times.
Thank you J&K!
