This was such a beautiful and welcoming home. Only about 10 minutes to downtown. We loved the playroom, the back yard, and all of the home. I can’t say enough good things about this property. You won’t regret it!!

Very nice, worked well for our party of 6. Enjoyed sitting out on the back patio and visiting with the animals (cows and horses)!! The horses love apple slices! Had everything we needed for cooking, except a cake pan, but we made do and got some disposable pans so all was good!!

Shop/game room a hit

The shop/game room (a huge garage) was a huge hit for the grandsons. It is the main reason we rented this property. While at first I felt it was going to be too far out, it really isn't. It's very easy to access and we never got on the freeway! We enjoyed watching the farm animals in the backyard. A very peaceful location. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Great horse weekend stay

Our group of 4 was down in Spokane for a horse show. Property was perfect for the 4 of us and offered plenty of room. Beds so comfy and kitchen well stocked. Bonus that it was close to the show venue so that was amazing.

Our family had a great experience here. The game room/garage was epic for the kids and the house was super comfy and clean! Definitely felt more like a hotel than a vrbo. We will definitely look to stay here again

Absolutely Perfect

If you could describe a house as plug and play, this would be it. Everything was so well organized and easy. We have an annual golf trip to Spokane and this was an ideal location and an ideal setup. Could not ask for a better host or house. Everything was spot on. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Outstanding Property and Host

My group all greatly enjoyed our stay in the Guest House. Terms such as fun and relaxing were frequently heard. The game room space in the monstorous garage was an absolute bonus (ping pong, pool table, foosball, pop a shot, games, TV). Supper clean a quite. Good spacea indoor and out for just relaxing. The big sauna was a delight as well. It felt like it was out in the country, but really was just a quick trip to the downtown area. We couldnt have found a more perfect space for our trip. And our host Rowena was an absolute delight. Her communications were very prompt, thoughtful, and accomodating.

Car show getaway

Brought car to the speed and custom show. Loved the location. Enjoyed the privacy of the home and its surroundings. Would definitely stay again! Everything was perfect, very clean and very comfortable beds. Beautiful place!

Great Mom's weekend!

Great mom's weekend at the Guesthouse visiting our Gonzaga senior boys. House was beautiful-- very clean, comfy beds, in a nice country neighborhood with animals out back, well-equipped with all that we needed and easy check-in and out! Also appreciated that they were able to let us check in a little early. The garage was definitely the best part - perfect for playing games and hanging with our sons while watching basketball (happened to be here during March madness). It does say this in the listing but we were a little surprised that the living room is on the second floor of the guesthouse, so no place to really hang out except the kitchen bar and small table on the first floor. It worked out fine for us because we were mostly in the garage anyway. Host was very responsive when we did have questions/needs - live in the main house next door so able to pop over. We didn't use the back yard area (doing a lot with our sons) but would be great if we had been there longer. All in all, a wonderful stay - would stay again if a similar type weekend was involved!

Quiet, private and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay while traveling to support our daughter in the WA State Basketball Tournament held annually in Spokane. The home was well stocked and ready for people to feel at home while away from home. I enjoyed the detail thought that went into this rental by the hosts. Everything needed to cook was there, plenty of towels/linens and they even had baskets full of items that often get forgotten when packing in case you needed something. That was a nice touch. Thanks for the great stay and we'll be back in the future.

Perfect Stay for Family w Kids

Rowena’s communication was above expectations. She responded to us immediately w the few questions and requests we shared. The house is in a country setting, but close to town. It was fun to pull the kids on sleds and see horses, emus, cattle and goats. It was equally wonderful to be able to visit the casino or shop in Spokane via a 12-15 minute drive. The rec room is a great bonus hangout space. The kitchen inside the house is a bit cozy for 8 people, however the rec room has ample room to spread out/hangout. 😊 We had a 10 month old in our group so we really appreciated the safety measures like retractable baby gates, pack and play and that there was a high chair provided. We would definitely stay again. 😊

Successful Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving week at this property. We were visiting family in Spokane, and ended up having to make Thanksgiving dinner at the house! We borrowed a turkey roaster from nearby family, but the double oven was very successful at cooking turkey in the lower oven and roasting vegetables in the upper. Seating was tight but it worked, and we all had a tasty Thanksgiving dinner. The kids (4 kids ages 6-13) loved the garage game room and the bunk/bed room upstairs. They were also very enamored of the neighbor's animals we could see through the dining room window (llamas, horses, cows, and a bison). The sauna was a hit with the adults. It was a pretty short trip into Spokane to visit family and do things like go to the movies. The property manager was very responsive when contacted, and overall we had a great stay here.

Everything you could want.

We were in town for Gonzaga’s parents weekend. The home was perfect for our stay. Everything is new and well maintain. Very organized and labeled cabinet made it a breeze to locate items. The first night the property manager checked in to see if everything was going well and if we needed anything, a very nice touch. We will defiantly stay again if available.

Getaway weekend

The Guesthouse was fantastic for our getaway! Very clean, accommodating, and not too far from shopping or restaurants. We had 5 kids traveling with us, so the game room was perfect! The farm neighbor farm animals were fun to watch. I would highly recommend this place. What a great property to spend the weekend.

Great Stay

We were attending a weekend family reunion at nearby Clear lake and were looking for a house for the 7 of us. The Guest house was perfect, Beds for all and space to spread out and relax after days spent at the lake. House seems to be nearly brand new, was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Looking forward to booking again next year.

Concert in Spokane

My wife, friends, and I, stayed at this wonderful little house in Spokane to attend a concert that took place at the nearby casino. The house was great and so was our interactions with the owner. While we had breakfast in the backyard next to the firepit, several nearby horses walked up the fence and kept us company. The only problem that I had was being asked to take out the garbage as part of the checkout process despite paying a cleaning fee. Overall, the property was good to rent and if we find ourselves out in Spokane again we will likely stay again.

Beautiful Guesthouse

Three of us were in town for an anniversary party and this was a perfect house. It is in a very quiet area and Rowena was a very attentive host, but not invasive. She pays attention to little details and pampers her guests. Next time we are in Spokane, if this house is available, we will definitely stay again!
