Always impressed with the Oxford Suites

I have stayed at the Oxford Suites in the past and have always been very impressed. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Love the complimentary happy hour. Our room was clean and well appointed. Even though we didn't pay for a river view room, our room had an excellent view of the church at Gonzaga.

Happy Women’s March Madness Fans!

Very friendly, helpful staff. We especially appreciated the woman in the kitchen who went out of her way to make us a salad when we arrived at the time the kitchen was closing & we had just returned to the hotel at the completion of the NCAA Women’s March Madness game we’d attended. So thoughtful & helpful to two tired guests. Loved the location on the River Walk & ability to walk everywhere.

I was given wrong WiFi at checkin, and once corrected, the WiFi signal was so low it was barely functioning. No room service and Bistro doesn’t open until 5:30. Express check out didn’t work with the text I was sent, claiming my name was wrong.
