The staff was great, the breakfast was better than most value stays, and the facility was clean. Unfortunately, we won’t be back. The property has about 30 make Bradford Pear trees circling the perimeter of the hotel making it absolutely STINK of, ahem, male exclusive bodily fluids. If you don’t know, look it up. So gross and inescapable. Those trees bloom March-May so AVOID.

This property is right along Division Street, which is a major street that runs through Spokane. Everything was about a 5-15 minute drive away. I was there for a volleyball tournament and the staff was great. The breakfast they provide as part of the rare as really good! My daughter enjoyed making her waffle every morning!

I checked in pretty late around 2 am. Guy at front desk was very help and accommodating. I will definitely comeback although I wish breakfast had a bigger variety. The hotel was quiet the area it was located was not loud. I came in with family and felt safe. A bonus for the 24 hour pool!

Heater worked over-time, even on 65. Finally had to just turn it off at night while sleeping. More counter space in bathroom would be nice.
