The room was very dirty. We have pet allergies, and there was a substantial amount of pet hair in the room, as well. The staff was friendly, but the stay was unpleasant.

The staff is uncaring and rude. They seem to be part time employees that don’t want to tackle tough issues and or provide Customer Service. My bathtub was dirty and stained and they wouldn’t come in and clean it. Then the manager doesn’t come until 3pm. And will not follow up on complaints.

Owner is a complete toxic and rude bully who stole my $ 475 payment and my deposit for a mistaken identity and is a pompous arrogant individual I recommend no one stay at this place
