We gladly welcome up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs (age one year or older) with a small additional pet fee. If your pup doesn’t quite fit those criteria, feel free to message us with a little bit of info and a special exception may be granted.

This is a non smoking home. Violators will be fined a $500 cleaning fee. No marijuana, paraphernalia or illegal drug use allowed on the property. Violators must leave property immediately with no refunds. Undisclosed guests or pets will be fined $100 per extra guest/pet/night.

Exterior cameras are on site for security and compliance.

LOCAL RESIDENTS must inquire with hostess about purpose for renting home and IDs for all guests are required. Instant Booking for local residents is not permitted without prior host approval. A prepaid security deposit of $1200 will be required prior to arrival.
