We stayed there for one night at the beginning and end of our holiday to Southeast Asia. It was by far the worst hotel of our vacation. It was miles west of the airport with nothing around it. The building was very tired and dated inside and out. Siding hanging off the building, stains and disrepair everywhere. Side door with key access that was hanging off the hinges and offered access to anyone. We found a cockroach in the tub the first night and our room when we retuned was hot and humid and smelled like pee. I did not sleep at all that night and left first thing in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and suggest that you remove it from your list of accommodations. Compensation for a terrible stay would be nice.

This hotel was by far the worst that we stayed in during our holiday, which included travel to Southeast Asia. It was located in a vacant lot miles east of the airport, with no restaurants nearby. The building was in dire need of repair, with siding missing on the exterior, a side door with keycard access which was broken and had been that way since the ‘new owner’, according to front desk staff. The interior was no better with everything looking very tired and in need of updating and repair. The rooms were awful. Repairs were shoddy, there was a cockroach in the first room and the room on our return stay was hot and humid with a distinct odour of urine in the air. My thought is that a pet peed in it and they cleaned the carpet and cranked up the heat to dry it. It was like walking into a smelly sauna. There were no more rooms so we had no choice but to stay there. I didn’t sleep at all that night and left as soon as it was daylight. I only stayed there because of the parking and shuttle, and would not have gone back if I hadn’t already paid for the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and would suggest that you remove it from your list of places to stay. I would appreciate a compensation for the inconvenience of my stay. Thank you.

I came before 3 o’clock and was turned away… Not allowed to check in at all because not one single room was cleaned yet!! Once I was allowed to check in at a later time it was done relatively easily. Room is clean.

Worst hotel ever. I ignored the reviews. Do not stay here at any cost. The front desk women awful, parking sketchy and awful, stinky smelly room dirty stained blankets did I mention smelly dog and urine smell in room. Blood stain on bathroom walls. The ONLY plus was clean sheets and towels. DO NOT STAY HERE! Dog poop everywhere outside. Front desk clerk didn’t even say hello from her seat in the lobby. Didn’t greet me as she was busy on the phone. Didn’t even look at me when it came time to check in. OH and NO WIFI!! Husband complained and they said well we have it in lobby and he did too but once he came back to room no wifi. We had two children and dog. Had to bathe my dog once we got her home for fear she was carrying something. Clean sheets and towels are not good enough to waste hard earned money on for the unease we had all night. The blankets were filthy and the whole hotel is rundown, should not be an expedia hotel! Do better!!!!

The room smelled heavily of cigarettes and feces (like someone had gone to the bathroom and smoked a cigarette in the room minutes prior to our arrival). The lady in the lobby granted request to cancel the reservation right away which surprised me as I thought it might be more of a headache given the nightmarish room conditions. The bed was rock hard, there were stains in the sink, the carpet was sticky, so I immediately asked for refund and went to another hotel which fortunately there were rooms available otherwise my daughter and I would have slept in the car that night.

Property on dead end road, went by several vehicles that were parked along the road on way there that were vandalized. Signs walking up to lobby said smoke free hotel, yet you could smell smoke from the window along the entry way door to hotel. The water for shower couldn't stay a constant temp. 30 seconds scalding hit to 39 seconds ice cold. When talked to front desk they didn't see concerned. I've been at hotels water fluctuate but not that constant and extreme. Couldn't really shower with those extremes. The hotel is in need of remodel, definitely shows it's age.
