I love the location and the staff was wonderful. I just think that parking should be included with the room charge. It’s very expensive to park.

Parking was not included and so it was a $35/night hidden fee! The TV was UNUSABLE because the remote was so slowly unresponsive! Absurd: it took 5- 10 seconds to react to any input. Fix the TV and validate guest parking. I would NEVER stay in this propery again.

Would have been 5 stars all attend except for staff in lounge. It was only venue open. Others were eating appetizers. We sat at the bar but the 2 employees - 1 male & 1 female - ignored us. They turned & looked at us at least twice & then continued their conversation. So we left & had dinner instead at a lovely Italian restaurant around the corner.
