August Scalloping

The property was great and everything and more than the listing. We really enjoyed the pool area and were able to use a ton when we weren’t out scalloping. The hosts were very responsive and the house had all the amenities and very roomy. We would recommend and hope to return!!!

Perfect Vacation

Beautiful home decorated perfect for a summer vacation home and is in great location with lots to do near by. Very quiet area right on the water, PERFECT !!! House was stocked with everything we needed. Barry was quick to respond when contacted. The house is the perfect size for 3 couples. We had a fantastic time and are already talking of returning. Labor Day weekend

Perfect vacation

We really loved this place. Stayed at a few here and so far this my favorite. So well equipped. Everything you need is here. The pool was much bigger than i thought. Plenty of dock space. Lots of pricacy yoo privacy

The home was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The owner, Barry, was extremely helpful and efficient with his responses. Unfortunately, TS Debby was enroute and we had to leave a day early to get home and prepare our property. Highly recommend this house.

Great visit to Hernando Beach

This home is really nice and is exactly as advertised in the listing. The dock is very nice and could have accommodated two boats my size (23'). Barry was super nice and allowed us to check in early which was awesome. Would definitely book this one again!

Great Place to Stay

We were very impressed with the house. It was clean, had all the amenities you need, plenty of parking and the boat dock was great for our 25 footer. The canal was also clean and wide. The location is quiet and there are several local places to eat or more establishments are 3 to 4 miles away. The owner was very accommodating and took care of an issue with haste. We would definitely stay again.

Family Fun in the sun!

We were coming to town for a family funeral, and a quick family getaway. This was just what we needed! This house was spacious, and clean! The pool was AMAZING!! We were off the channel so it made it super convenient for us to rent a boat at Captain’s Boat rental, which was 1 minute away. We were able to rent the boat the night before since we had a dock near by. Barry and Lynn we great with allowing us to dock the boat. They were always available if we had questions or needed anything. The bedrooms were great sizes for our family of 5. The beds were soft and comfortable! The kitchen area accommodated us for meals. We even had some family over after the funeral and enjoyed the pool and BBQ’d food on the grill. At night my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub on the deck looking at the beautiful sky. This VRBO literally had everything we needed. Coolers, sunscreen, towels for our boat day. Toiletries, cleaning products, all kitchen needs and more. This was the perfect house! We will absolutely be back! Thank you Barry and Lynn for allowing us to enjoy your house to make memories.

Perfect Spot on the Canal

The house has everything you need when visiting the Hernando Beach area. The pool is clean and heated, there is plenty of space for the family with three full bedrooms and a daybed downstairs for one more guest. There is plenty of outdoor seating and furniture for having a few more people over during the day. The dock is great for bringing your own boat renting one from the marina as we did. You can cruise right down the canal and out to the Flats in the Gulf for a day of floating. The way the house and pool are set up are very private for you and your guests. We had a couple really nice cookouts at the pool. There are even a couple kayaks to cruise around the canals. We immensely enjoyed our stay here. Barry and Lynn are excellent hosts and make sure that everything is taken care of for you.

Great location

Great location on the canal. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful house with plenty of space to sit outside and relax. Lots of great places to eat close by - we especially loved the seafood. Would definitely recommend!

This is a super house, just as nice as it seems in the photos! Barry is a wonderful host, very communicative and helpful. He even quickly responded to questions from halfway around the world! Pool and hot tub were lovely! The house was very comfy and well-equipped. Also very clean. It's nice to be right on the waterway and in a quiet neighborhood. Recommended!

Beautiful Home

This was a perfect home for my husband and I to stay at while we visited friends and family in the area. The house was fully stocked and had every amenity that we needed. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. One morning we saw dolphins playing in the canal. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Barry was very helpful and answered any questions I had. We will definitely be back!

Happiness in Hernando Beach

This was a beautiful property that was everything and more! The interior is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and very clean. The pool and dock were perfect! We enjoyed swimming, sitting around the pool, and fishing off the dock. The owner is very responsive, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend and had a wonderful time enjoying the views on the water with family.

Amazing Trip! Boater/ Fisherman's Paradise!

What a great experience. House was perfect, the owner was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The upstairs was spacious, clean and very well appointed. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially to boaters and fisherman. The huge 40' floating dock was great, plenty of room to clean scallops and fish on the main dock after your day on the water. Pool was perfect and the downstairs bonus room had a full size fridge, utility sink, bathroom with shower and a trundle bed. There was also plenty of parking. We had two big trucks and 2 trailers with a golf cart and still plenty of room. 5 STARS!!!

Pure Perfection!!

Our stay was AMAZING at this property! Location: We came to this area to see the famous Weeki Wachee Mermaids. The location was perfect at about 15/20 minutes from the Springs, town, and also a cute little beach area on Pine Island for a day trip. Spring Hill is very close with plenty of shopping and tons of grocery stores. There are some really good local restaurants that Mr. Barry was happy to compile a list of his favorites. Being on the canal was great! Especially for boaters to have their own dock in the back yard. We are coming with a boat next time for sure! Great for dock(sea cat) or grass flat fishing! Kayaking right from the house is nice too. The Home: This is probably the best, cleanest, and well stocked vacation rental I have EVER stayed in. I usually have to bring my own items from home but that was not necessary here! I felt so at home with everything I could need. The back porch was always cool and perfectly positioned over the pool, that I felt comfortable enough allowing my kids to swim while I watched from above but there is also plenty of comfortable and shaded seating by the pool as well. Beds were comfortable and clean. Host: Mr. Barry and Mrs. Lynn were amazing hosts! Very helpful and accessible. Mr. Barry offered tons of suggestions for the area. They really went the extra mile to make this the perfect vacation for my family! Thank you for sharing your HOME with us, and we look forward to many more summers to come at this beautiful location!❀

Amazing time

We love to travel and have stayed many places. This was one of our favorites. The home is very spacious and has many spots to hang out. Lot of seating in hang out area. There were abundance of dishes and towels. Everything in the home is top quality. The beds were very comfortable. Looking forward to coming back to this home.
