Our group stayed on this property for Bikes Blues & BBQ , 6 motorcycles and one car had ample space for parking everyone liked it had covered parking beyond the garage , the home is tastefully decorated and rooms were large & Comfortable. Two levels of deck space with part covered our group spent every evening enjoying the scenic, overlook view of Beaver Lake and relaxing to the quiet atmosphere telling our stories together. Driveway has an easy access. Will definitely be coming back in the future! highly recommend this property has three large suites with king beds one bedroom had a pull out the fourth bedroom was a bunk house, it accommodated our group of four couples.

This is a great property. It is everything it says it is. The house is very clean and has most everything you need on a vacation. Our family of grown children and their families enjoyed it so much!! I will say it has to have the best views of the lake far better than the pictures. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was helpful and made it so easy!!

Beautiful sunsets

Eagles Bluff was the perfect place for our family to get together to celebrate our son’s graduation. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and was very spacious. The double decker patios were an absolutely fabulous place to relax and watch the most beautiful sunset. We will definitely come back if we visit Fayetteville again.

This house is absolutely Devine

Family and freinds stayed at this beautifully decorated , exceptionally clean home right on the water.. we used the balcony's everyday as the weather was perfect. There was not anything that we were not needing. Kitchen fully stocked, bathroom towels available in every room. Would love to stay here again...All the faimily loved the home !!

Spectacular View

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. It is breathtaking sunset views and sunrise views. We were there for a basketball tournament and had everything we needed for the stay. The communication with the property manager was top notch. Plenty of towels which is always a plus for me. Beds were comfortable and it was very peaceful not too far from the grocery store and food places. Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely Cozy

We stayed here (our family of four) with another family of four. Four adults and four kids under 8. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds, beautiful decor, wonderful views of the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed a lot of family time in the living spaces and on the decks. The fire pit was nice as well as the games and books in the lower level. The kids enjoyed playing in the rock and with the bunk bed room. It was a great stay over all and we will be back!!

A great find!

We Syed for three nights with some of our sisters and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. In fact I’d rate this as one of the very best rentals. Everything was well thought out in the home, great decor, awesome beds, and CLEAN! The management team and reservations (we needed to adjust the initial reservation) was proactive, friendly and genuinely interested in making our stay great. The view was awesome and so many games, activities available, all surrounded by a great setting. We loved it.

Amazing Lake house with the most beautiful views!

We stayed at the lake house for a weekend to celebrate our granddaughter’s 3rd birthday with grandparents, parents, kids, and aunts and uncles. It was absolutely beautiful. The architecture, decor and amenities were some of the best we’ve seen. It was perfect for a large family. The views were amazing!!! We were sad to leave!

Wow!

Amazing place, super clean and beautiful ! The house was generously stocked everything you need from paper towels, detergents,etc! The location was fantastic! We are already planning our next visit! There were 3 couples gathering after 50 years from college graduation! Wow, but we are exhausted because of the fun!

Beautiful blue at Beaver Lake

Lovely, fresh, clean updated house with amazing views! The decks are spectacular! Rooms are equipped to darken or leave the shades up and wake up with the sunrise! Open space great for family. Only downfall is there is no place to feel safe to go for a walk .. or explore on foot. The roads are narrow with no shoulder to get out of the way of traffic.

Relaxing with Beautiful Views

The house was very clean and well-maintained. We aren't used to such a firm mattress, but everything else was absolutely wonderful! The property manager was very professional and asked us to leave all the cleaning to their housekeeping professionals. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Watching the hummingbirds feed was an unexpected highlight, and the lake view from the back decks is amazing!

Beautiful home

This home was absolutely beautiful with tasteful, cozy decor and furnishings. There’s so much space!! Bedrooms, common areas, and decks have plenty of room for multiple adults or a large family. We had a great time playing cards and Pictionary, as well as reading in the comfy furniture on the deck. As this is the southern portion of the lake, the water is more brown in color, but the view is still spectacular.

Lake house great views and decor

The views of the lake, natural light and outdoor spaces were wonderful. The beds and linens were super comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. The only reason that the review is 4 star instead of 5 is that the ice maker didn’t work so someone had to go out for ice and the grill only worked on low flame so everything had to be finished in oven. Otherwise this is a lovely destination that all of us enjoyed even to the board games available for families.

Exceeded expectations!

Pictures cannot capture the beauty of the home and the property. There were 3 couples, and the consensus was that the beds were very comfortable. We spent much time enjoying the view of the serene lake from the spacious patio. This was one of the best homes we have every stayed in.
