The hotel was nice and in a good location. Employees were friendly. The big problem was that the room had ants. A LOT of ants. I told the front desk person and he said they'd look into it. All they did was remove the coffee station from my room. There were still MANY ants. This was just unacceptable, so I will not be coming back.

At check in room key machine was down had to be escorted by staff to let you in your room every time you left. The next day there was no water in the facility and the staff was unaware. When asked about some drinking water to brush teeth asked how we would like to be charged for the water.

Apparently the key card machine was down, so we never received a key for our room. I understand that things can happen, but on a game weekend, they had one girl (likely a new employee) on staff for the entire evening at the front desk. She had to check in all parties while also personally walking all guests to their individual rooms to unlock their doors with a master fob. She did it all with a smile on her face, no fault of hers. But no management on site until Monday, no help for this poor employee, no real system in place for a situation like this. We could have had her unlock any room of our choosing, so we felt unsafe and unsecure our entire stay and while we were away. Every time we came back to the lobby, large groups were waiting to be escorted to their rooms. Horrible experience.

The only problem was their room key machine was not functioning and she couldn’t make keys. She had to go with us to our room and let us in everytime along with several other guests. Manager was not available to help nor could they find anyone to fix the machine. We felt sorry for the sweet young lady having to handle everything on her own! She was great! Always smiling!

I was disappointed that we had a softball team full of children that was not able to utilize the pool because there was not an emergency phone. When all the parents had phones the girls had phones. I also was disappointed with the breakfast it was not what it was advertised. My room was not attended to as I had requested. We were all supposed to receive awards for the issues , but never received them.

Convenient off I49 and clean. Little noisy around 1;30 am on our floor as it seems maybe someone was having an argument. Not the motel’s fault; people just need to learn how to act in public and keep their arguments at home.

The hotel was great. The room was great. The front desk staff not so much. They tried the old bait and switch tactic, saying my room , a queen suite which I had already paid for, was no longer available (it was only 3:15pm). After I insisted they double check they were able to “find a room”.
