I am so pleased with the booking. The apartment is newly remodeled and beautiful. The beds and couches are comfortable, the place is very clean and fresh, they provide nice thick new top quality towels and blankets (even extra blankets) and the owner was great with communication and accommodated extra requests when possible with no problem. This is a basement apartment but the whole house and property is beautiful and the area was safe. The owner also provides some very welcoming treats for guests. It should be noted that the shower is very small and a bit of a challenge to shower in but it was fully functional w good pressure and plenty of hot water. There is also only a kitchenette, not full kitchen bc the city no longer permits full kitchens with the new basement remodels ( I was told). They provide a fridge, microwave, and toaster and dishes and utensils. I'd suggest a toaster oven, and an electric griddle. There is also no laundry if that's something you'd need. Overall this was a GREAT stay and the owner is kind and wonderful! I was so blessed to book this place.
