facility does ot meet its ratting ,shows wear,tear and lack of attention. The dead bolt door lock appears locked, bolt does not penitrate the door jam . Staff seemed unconcerned or did not understand the problem after I demostrated at the door.

This property was good overall for being a hotel/ motel. Checkin took 20 minutes to get a person up to the desk as the person working the desk was taking care of another issue in a hotel room. The hotel was extremely clean. The mattresses in the room felt like cardboard with a pillow topper, the air conditioning worked well and the bathroom was well stocked with both towels as well as toiletries. The blinds in my room were not in working order as the chain had skipped off the gear. I fixed the blinds and fixed them. Overall very adequate lodging. The lodging was also close to everything in Republic

The staff member at check in was very kind. Despite what looked like strict rules about not smoking, my room reeked of smoke. There was a burn hole made by a cigarette in the comforter. The toilet handle was broken. The hotel was full, so nothing could be done. The indoor pool and hot tub were really good. Breakfast was so so. I would not stay here again.

I got what I paid for. Basic hotel, wasn't aware I will be next to railroad and trains are loud at night. Shower experience wasn't the best. Hotel is not that old, but theres mold in a tub. I liked more or less cleaness of the rooms. Hotel location is convenient and super close to restaurants.
