Lovely

I am a frequent travelor, but this was last minute. I am also handicapped, with a bad leg and balance issues. I reserved a handicapped room. I was so very pleasantly surprised by the added safety measures in the bathroom. This was the first time in years that I felt secure in the bathroom. Thank you! A shout out to Tyler! She was so gracious and accommodating. It appears that I had a mini stroke during my drive to Missouri, which I found out the next morning...I'm okay now, but I wasn't then. Thank you Tyler for helping me out. The only gripe...the neighbors were noisy.

Run Down for sure

I would not go barefoot in the room. Beds were ok. They were not hard or comfortable. You have to show your room key to get the breakfast. Which is ok, since they have homeless who would probably come in. Spa is full of cement. Pool has been emptied of water since October 2024 & no work has been done on it. Looks gross. Those that gave it good reviews have never stayed at a Marriott or Hilton chain.
