Second trip to Springfield va overall experience was not as great as first time. This time around room was not to expectation. Asked for 1st floor room received 6th floor room…….toilet stayed clogged. No extra pillows or towels as requested upon arrival. Ceiling had water damage and was cracked peeling looked like mold. Not happy this time around come to Springfield same time every year. Was very disappointed this time.

Rooms are out dated. Room was very dusty. The back of the chairs were not dusted/cleaned. I had to clean to make sure my kids do not touch surfaces and then place their hands in their mouth. Room did not smell clean. Bathroom is very small.

Horrible staff with fake smiles and sarcastic comments behind those smiles at the check in desk, stiff beds with the worlds tiniest pillows, an elevator that smells like a 1960’s grandmas home and sketchy parking lot. Would you like me to continue more with this review?
