My only negative is that the pillows on the bed not good. Hardly any filling inside pillows. No support The breakfast amazing especially for gluten free :) Rooms updated and clean . Parking easy too

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were wonderful. The breakfast wasn’t the typical beige breakfast. There were waffles, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, sausage, ham, coffee, etc. I would stay there again.

I called the hotel directly in September to cancel our reservations. Unfortunately, I had already been charged approximately $1800 for a stay we never had. I've tried calling Expedia for a refund and have gotten nowhere with the phone numbers given me. Awful customer service IMHO.

The hotel was overall pretty beat up looking. Smelled of gas in the lobby. The elevator felt and sounded a little questionable, and our room was dirty. There was a visible dirt on the floor in the bathroom, on surfaces in the bedroom and the toilet did not look like it had been cleaned in a while. It was very overpriced for the experience. That said the staff was friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was extra clean….great staff and the breakfast bar was outstanding…. Loved the little cove in the front with the sofa and chairs,,,excellent place for a small gathering with other guests… One thing I would recommend.. we had a sink in the bedroom area…needed a towel hook in that area for hand washing… thanks for a fantastic stay…will definitely use again…

Great place to stay for a family. Pool and breakfast opened at 6:30 on a weekday, which was great for us. The breakfast had a lot of options- I made myself a pumpkin waffle with lots of toppings. The pool includes a hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. If we’re in the area again, we’ll look to stay here.

The room was clean but the lights near the beds did not turn on. When I called the front desk they told me to hit the reset button on an outlet. It worked, but what the hell. We went to the spa and pool area. The hot tub was only warm and was shooting cold water out of the jets. The room was decent overall just not worth the price.
