The whole stay was great. The only recommendation that I’ll give is for the TV in the suites to be smart tvs. It’s not a big deal but I was hoping to be able to watch my shows in bed. I booked this stay here purely to relax and unwind which the stay was beautiful just needed to be a little more modern. I booked the executive suite so I was more surprised that it wasn’t as modern as I was expected.

Clean, quiet, and well-maintained hotel, perfect for families and business travel. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and everything apppears to be of good quality. The pillows even have real substance to them and provide good support, which is a rare find in hotels these days. The free breakfast is a quite substantial buffet with cold and hot food available, which helps a lot for making an early start to your day.

Greeted well at first, but kicked out of hot tub

My friends and I visited this hotel due to the convenience of it's location and having a hot tub unlike other places. We were greeted very professionally by a mid 50's kind gentleman who explained everything well. The bedroom and breakfast were fine. The only major complaint is that for some reason the hot tub had a maintenance sign on it during the hotel's advertised open hours. Looks like someone failed to make a good decision when maintenance should be done, obviously it shouldn't be happening during customer service hours. I've called in advance before making a resevation and was assured that it's working and will be open. Anyways, the other middle aged employee was very rude and kicked us out. Looks like we were given contradicting information. My friends and I are very unhappy and unfortunately will not be using the services here anymore due to lack of professionalism in communication and available services.

We arrived after 11:00 pm for a reservation I had made a month ago. We were given keys for a room that when we got up to the room there was already a do not disturb sign on the door. I ran down to the front desk. My husband stayed up on that floor with all our luggage. 20 minutes later the person at the front desk could not figure out if someone was in the room and could not say she had a room for us because they were full. Multiple other guests checked in and multiple calls to manager and we finally got a room 30 minutes later. It was after midnight at this point. My husband also had to drag all our luggage down and then back up again. Barely and apology. No offer of any discount. Room has a crack in the window. Not a great experience. They asked for my comments the next day by text, said they’d elevate to management. And yet I’ve never heard from anyone at the hotel. We were very disappointed.
