The room had some bugs and had a bad odor. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The chair in the room was broken on the arm. The curtains would not close completely & they had some holes in them. The carpet looked dirty. Broken ice machine & little amount of ice in working ice machine. Did not use hair dryer or microwave so unsure if they worked or not in rm 129. Breakfast was lacking and its location was inconvenient & oddly placed. Elevator would not accommodate the luggage cart.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. The room was adequate and clean. The area around the grounds was clean. The proximity to the highway was a little close and noisy. Had an incident that made me not feel safe.

Two good things about this Motel in my opinion. Great bed and had rooms that allowed smoking. Several things I didn't like. Walls were too thin. We could hear the people next to us simply just talking. Vending machines werent kept stocked. Room and bathroom was small. After checking out, we were sitting in our car, discussing our plans and getting things ready for our trip back home and got asked to leave the parking lot. I would understand if there was limited parking but they have a ton of parking and it was empty. We weren't just some random people hanging in the parking lot, we just checked out after paying to stay there and we were in our car.

This property did not match description and photos. Our stay was just adequate as we had a group of adult men. My wife would not have been hapt at all. Rooms were worn down and not perfectly clean. Mostly just stains and wear and tear that was neglected and not returned to new or like new condition. Booked through expe di a and we had 2 nights booked. Tried to cancel 2nd night that next morning but hotel nor exp alllowed the cancelation due to "policy", even tho hotel had a feee cancelation before 3pm on original reservation. Once checked in on day one we were "locked in". Its a ridiculous policy. Clerks we nice and bed comfortabe, but not at all what I hoped for.
