The woman at the checkin desk was not friendly at all. She just scowled at me: "license and credit card" and then tossed the key card on the counter w/out saying another word. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Spotless, comfortable, quiet room. Front desk staff friendly, helpful and welcoming in a way that felt notable on two different stays even with very late night arrival. I don’t have an electric vehicle but they have several charging stations in their parking lot. My go to stay when visiting my daughter at Smith.
