Some of the worst WiFi I have ever had. See pic. TV kept freezing. I assume from the terrible internet service. Had to turn on hotspot for laptop. Maid did not make the bed and only cleaned out the bathroom trash.

I did not like how dark the bathroom was. I did not like that the heater made a clicking sound all night. I did not like the metal piece sticking out from the bed frame. I hit my ankle on it in the middle of the night, and it still hurts 5 days later.

Above and beyond

This was an unexpected stay due to a post storm power outage at the RV park. I work night shift, got back to my camper and the power was still off and I had to go having to work that night. They had an open room and let me go ahead and check in early, then let me sleep until the last minute the following morning. Very hospitable. The room was clean, comfortable and dark, perfect for me.

We have enjoyed staying here for over the last 10 plus years but experienced a poor visit this time the rooms are in need of updating upon arrival to our room it smelt musty and there was a spot of something on the toliet seat, we took a nap and from laying down I could see white spots underneath the couch looking up apparently there had been water damage from above floor and it was never cleaned the front desk guy did come vacuum it up we even offered for him to let us use his vacuum which he said he couldn’t allow us to do so there were no other rooms available to move to and he said they would shampoo it the next day. He did try seemed understaffed. There were 3 junk cars on property with flat tires that were there a year ago. It’s sad, not sure what has happened to this property be it’s obviously neglected.

The hotel was just average. The room was ok for just overnight but there were nk toiletries, the "clean" towels had hair in them and the bathroom floor had hairs. The breakfast was fine but the dining area needed to be cleaned. Tabkes were not wiped down and the floors were sticky throughout the room.

Overall, not too bad considering the price. However, the linens were very old and the mattress was noticeably less comfortable compared to the Holiday Inns and the Oasis Hotel I stayed at immediately after. The worst part of the stay was the check-in experience: a school group had an issue with their reservation, and the front desk couldn’t locate it. Despite having three other groups waiting in line, they spent over 20 minutes trying — and failing — to resolve the issue. In the end, the school group left, but the rest of us had to stand and wait unnecessarily. It was a very poorly handled situation.

Hotel needs a reno/refresher.

I'm not sure how this hotel has sn 8 or 9 rating. The mattresses are old. (The 1st room I was given the mattress had holes in it and you could see the wires protruding. The bed linens need replacing. (The 2nd room I was given the mattress pad was shredded.) The 3rd room had newer linens, thankfully. I ran into another person who was also changing rooms as her 1st one had a roof leak. The management needs to spend some money and renovate and refresh this hotel.
