The staff was great and we loved the room but it wasn’t cleanest. The floors needed some attention but overall very happy with our stay

There was no hair dryer in the room. When I called to get one, after assuring them there wasn’t one, they brought one up. The plug in the desk didn’t work. The shower doors and rack for soap weren’t installed level, so the door wouldn’t stay closed and the soap slid off. Hotel was very clean though.

Everything was dirty, half our group didht have heat in their rooms and we’re told they could come get a space heater if needed from front desk. They need more employees for a weekend crowd.

Have stayed at this property about a dozen times over the last couple years when in Springfield for work, the staff is always great and really appreciate the large parking lot for trailer parking in the back of building. The building is definitely dated but that adds to the charm of the place honestly. The on site restaurant is nice for an evening meal without going out but wish there were better breakfast options for the value.

Nice hotel. Heat was out. They like advertising their breakfast but not the price. Still, will definitely stay again. They provided us with a space heater and the rooms were very nice otherwise. Great location.
