CONs. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever attempted to sleep on. I would have been equally comfortable laying on one of those high school tracks made of shredded rubber. HVAC temperature could not be maintained at all. Hear all the noises of room above. Liquid everything vs. bars of soap and the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner bottle was empty PROs: fast to get hot water. Standup shower vs. tub. Many electric outlets. HVAC did have a Constant Fan option.

Check in time, a representative called and said we should probably look for some other arrangments, the pool and hot tub were not working. I asked if we could get a refund, that is why I chose this place, she said no, maybe Expedia would. Haven't heard a word from either. I found other arrangements

Great Until…

Things were mostly great. It was very clean, the people nice the spaces seemed fresh. Breakfast was ok- waffles, yogurt, cereals, fruit, bagels etc… with eggs and sausage on weekdays and biscuits and gravy on Saturday. We stayed 6 nights and things weeper great until Friday when we discovered our car had been gone through and left a mess. Nothing over a $5 value was taken but when we told the staff they really didn’t seem that interested. They said we could file a police report but again acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Later that day we went to swim and the pool and hot tub were closed because the water was green. That evening neither elevator was working and when we loaded up to leave we had to cart a weeks worth of clothes and stuff down from the 3rd floor. And keycards kept not working. Overall the stay was enjoyable, yet we didn’t feel valued.

Overall the hotel is very clean and nice. The pool is being refurbished but not a big deal for us. On the other hand the elevator is out of service and we had to lug our luggage upstairs. Not a huge deal but annoying after driving all day.

The elevatior was broken so we had to carry bags up stairs as our room was on 2nd floor. The most disappointing part was that the pool & hot tub were closed due to maintenance. I booked my stay for the hot tub after an 8 hour drive. The beds were very comfortable, which was really nice.

One of the reasons I went to this hotel was because it had a pool to take my granddaughter swimming. The heater broke and the manager just made a joke about it. "Who knows when they'll be out to fix it". The coffee was cold, breakfast was disgusting. The room smelled like mildew. Definitely felt like a $60 motel, not double that. Ive stayed at several Laquinta's and this one was just horrible.

Will not return

Pool closed entire stay with no warning upon booking or even check in. Tv remote did not work and they said they would send someone to fix it but they never came. No hot water during the stay either.
