I was charged for staying at the property hut upon going to the atm to get my deposit money the front desk clerk locked the door. So, at three am in the morning after traveling 9 hours in a car I didn’t have a place to stay, but assured me that he would be there and I could get in my room as soon as I got back. My bank was literally 3 miles down the street. So, I was gone maybe 15 minutes. He told me he didn’t think I was coming back and he wasn’t doing my check in. When he also assured me on the phone the 2 times I spoke to him about arriving so late that it would be okay and my room was ready!

I don’t know if it’s the time that I came to visit the hotel. That weekend we had a combination of poor blacks and poor whites plagueing the hallways. The staff can’t do anything about it. The poor blacks are running around prank knocking on doors from 10:30pm-4am, they’re cooking some kind of food and hauling it on airport carts in the hallways while it’s spilling over everywhere, including the elevator. The smell was unreal and nauseating like rotting boiling rotted food. The elevator broke with the sheer amount of them exceeding the weight limit, so down the stairs I go with my pregnant wife. The poor whites was another disaster mixed in. Rampant alcoholism in the lobby amongst the parents, red solo cups and Jack Daniel’s out in the open. They’ve set up kids hockey nets and we’re having full on 5v5 in tge lobby. The kids reek of cigarettes, they’re running around the entire hotel where you think elephants are stampeding. What’s odd is that there’s so much space outside but no, this is being done deep into the hours of the night. What sucks is that this hotel is pretty nice under all of that. The hotel is well maintained for the most part. The rooms are clean. The location is decent. But the staff having no control over the inhabitants in this was a disaster.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was alright, but tried to call down to the desk twice and the first time was hung up on after repeatedly trying to be heard, the second time, they again couldn't seem to hear anything I was saying. Half the reason we booked this hotel was because the room was supposed to have a tub/shower combination and it only had a stand up shower.

Very clean and comfortable. Pillows were very good mattresses were extremely comfortable. The only downside was that the body wash in the shower was empty.
