The Worst

I never stayed here. I walked inside the room and was so disgusted i walked right back out with my things and by children. In short, it was filthy from the holes in the wall to the stained bed sheets that they called 'clean'. I didnt feel comfortable touching a thing and they still told me i wasnt entitled to a redund despite the property being dirty and unsafe

The motel door would not lock all the way. Looked like someone had kicked it in at some point in the past. Abundance of homeless people and vagrants.

This is a perfect place for my brother to reallocate to Springfield. The room they originally put us in DID NOT have a microwave or refrigerator which I requested for him. The staff member Candries (I think was her name) put my brother into another room which had a microwave and refrigerator and was on the bottom floor. The staff was went up and beyond to make sure things were perfect for his/my stay.

Nice staff, disgusting room

The staff was very friendly, but the condition of the room was terrible. The bedding was all white but had several stains. They only provided 2 standard pillows. It was a nonsmoking room that wreaked of smoke. The bathroom door didn’t have a door knob. It was dirty from floor to ceiling. Didn’t even end up sleeping there because of the smell and lack of cleanliness.

The property did not have good access from the roadway. The ice machines were not working. I had to go buy a bag of ice from the gas station next door. There were vagrants everywhere which made me feel very unsafe. The lock latch on the door of my room waas broken. There were damaged lamp shades, curtain and walls. When I turned on the water at the sink it sprayed everywhere! It felt and looked very unsanitary in the room. I just slept and left without trying the shower. I just wanted to get out of there asap. I didn't like anything about it! Motel 6 used to have a good reputation and years ago I always had a very pleasant experience at these motels. I could always feel like I was in a safe, clean, and well maintained place. Not anymore I guess. Such a shame!
