Low Quality

This quality Inn is actually low quality. It’s pretty rundown. But for the price, we did fine in our rooms and they seem to be clean. The breakfast area was not clean at all. There were coffee stains on the walls and did not keep it stocked well, and when a waffle iron did not seem to be working, the hostess brought the maintenance guy in, and he was yelling at her in front of everybody

The air conditioning may need to be cleaned out. It caused both my son and I to have sinus, throat and headaches. I didn't sleep well. Once I left the room, my symptoms were gone.

The area wasn’t so great but there were good places to eat around the hotel as well as shops. The hotel is outdated and they did try to keep in clean and got it to be a non smoking hotel the smell of weed was very strong

The view out our window was an overflowing dumpster with trash all over the ground around it- never was picked up during our 3 day stay. Hotel overall was adequate- renovated bathroom but water temp difficult to control (2 temps- freezing or scalding), free breakfast with many choices. Our biggest complaint was the beds! The mattresses are terribly uncomfortable and none of the 4 of us got any real sleep over the 2 nights we were there.

Check in was at 3pm, got there at around 4:30pm and room was still not available, a little annoyed that I had to wait to have a room ready. I know the the guy at the receptionist was getting overwhelmed and frustrated over the fact that there were people waiting for rooms and honestly he managed amazingly. But the fact that I got there 1h30 after check in time and there wasn’t a room available is a little unacceptable

Room was clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. Road noise and hallway noise was *loud*, definitely no real efforts to quiet them either. Water pressure in bathroom was ehh (very hard to rinse hair), and took a while to get warm. Breakfast had a single thing I could eat, as a gluten free person, an orange... not even a single dry cereal that was GF.

interior of elevators seemed unclean in contrast with the rooms and lobby. Large windows in the rooms needed to be washed. Breakfast was fairly complete but attendant had difficulty keeping all stations re-supplied. Rush of people near closing time made the breakfast room seem a bit chaotic and disorganized...Lobby attendant was efficient and pleasant.

The property was very noisy at night, with the neighbours running up and down the corridor and jumping around the room till past midnight, no night security presence. There were Bed Bugs too, and I have been bitten over a dozen times. This is NOT quality!
