I am shocked to find Expedia representing this property. I have been using your website for at least 15 years and have never seen such a bad property. The place is run down and has no amenities. The room is marginal at best. I stopped by this morning to make sure the room would be made up. When we arrived this evening we found the bed was made but the bathroom was untouched. We’re paying top dollar for this room and to have to stay in this piece of trash for $300 plus per night is ridicules. I will be reevaluating my bookings in the future.

We had a good time at this hotel. We were running a little late and thankfully I had called ahead to let the front desk know, when we were visiting check in was unavailable after 9pm so keep that in mind and let staff know if you'll be arriving later. The hotel was undergoing renovations when we stayed so the hotel was a little messy but nothing egregious. Friendly and helpful staff.

Made booking through Expedia and showed up to an under construction work site. Nobody at front desk and odour from the work being done. Wife and I decided not to stay and we’re not refunded full amount. Zero Stars. Should be taken off Expedia app.

The building is in terrible shape and under construction (which we didnt know until check in). The desk is not staffed and there are signs with an outside number to call for assistance. Zero security, anyone could walk in and go inside with many open doors on rooms that are being worked on. Many doors propped open during the day.

The property was under extreme renovation and it was very messy except my room (new). Towel has brown spots . TV was ineffective. Bed linen was ridden with ugh! So I had to remove it from my sleeping. Cold draft from windows. AC is dirty with construction dusts. I am not satisfied with my staying. The maintainer should notify us that it is under renovation.

Although construction is still going on in the building and the hallways are not as clean as could be, the remolded room was clean and very nice, especially for the price. The bed is very comfortable. Once the renovations are complete, the property will be quite nice. Convenient location. Close to the hospital.

Under renovation. Our room was great! Bed was comfortable, room clean, pet friendly; however no mini fridge (microwave, and coffee maker in the room). Our view was towards the middle of the property where everything was torn down, old sinage was left in the walkway, construction right outside the door. I saw other recent reviews about the construction, it seems not much has changed since those reviews. We only stayed to be closer to the hospital for an early morning procedure.

Construction site in a shady neighborhood. Not at all what was advertised. Doors hanging by the hinges as you walk down the hallway to your room. Elephant like stomping sounds upstairs at 5:30 am on a Sunday morning. Construction machines humming at 6:30 am on Sunday. When the receptionist was asked about this he denied that any work was being done and became belligerent. Shady couple hanging outside the ?hotel day and night performing lewd acts Saturday night and Sunday morning. I would not stay there for free after today. Not sure how the place is licensed to operate!

It seemed like a sketchy neighborhood, and on top of that the hotel was undergoing renovation and it should not have been open for business. The view from my room was of a courtyard-turned-storage area. So I was looking at piles of old mattresses, etc. The room had a fridge and a microwave, which was great, but terrible lighting. And the hotel had no amenities--no breakfast, nothing to eat, no coffee except the in-room weak brew. I registered and paid for two nights but I bolted out of there as soon as I could after the first night, and got a different hotel. The name "Regency" implies something fancy--this was a dump.

There was no phone in the room. Turned out that the hotel didn't have phone service at all. You had to walk out to the front desk if you wanted anything. No chair in room. When I requested one, they delivered a chair that was so stained and worn, I had to drape in towels. Front desk staff were polite and tried to be helpful. I think they were left in an untenable position.
