The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Guest may leave any unopened beverages behind in fridge. Discard anything used
Gather all used towels and place in laundry room.
Strip all USED beds, which includes pillow cases, fitted sheets and flat sheets. Bring to laundry room. Any unused beds, place sign on bed that says “ unused bed”
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing property. Great spaces to converse with family/friends, well equipped kitchen, large tables for dinners/gathering, and amazing electronics. The throwback 80's authentic video games were super fun, and we loved the theater style viewing with television set ups. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were cleaner than brand new. Host was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to hang out with a larger group of family or friends.

This converted commercial space makes an excellent location for a large group to gather. Plenty of parking, plenty of bedrooms and beds, and great spaces for medium gatherings, in our case, a tabletop gaming weekend.We'll certainly book this space again in the future.

Our hostess was wonderful and very accommodating! We were in Springfield for my mother n laws 95th birthday. We were traveling with 10 grandchildren and neede a place to spread out. This place was amazing! The kids already miss it. We will have to plan another trip!

This property really is a hidden gem. It was impeccably clean, well furnished, and full of entertainment. The theater and arcade games were a treat. The host had labeled everything and left kind notes with other relevant information. Small details, like a child-gate at the bottom of the spiral stairs, show that the host had thoroughly thought through what a guest might want during their stay. In and out access was easy with plenty of parking and privacy. We would absolutely stay at this hidden gem again and would recommend it to anyone staying near Springfield with larger parties.
